So, I finally got around to releasing my lore-accurate SC2 gameplay extension mod.
Available on the North American/Americas Server under the name Koprulu: Legacy
Koprulu: Legacy is a extension mod that focusses on a more tactical and strategic combat aspect rather then the clickfest that multiplayer has become. all units have been redesigned around a realistic purpose, and scaled to Robear's size chart with a few exceptions. Macro is increasingly more important, as is overall army control. Units have more abilities but are able to effectively micromanage themselves, buildings have support drones and ways to defend themselves. It is workable with most blizzard maps, and I am trying to work in some terrain alterations.

Arbiter and Raven seem wayyy too large imo. In the lore, the Raven is a pilotless drone but it's bigger than the Odin here.
Also I'd guess based on the size of the cockpit windows that the Valkyrie and Medivac are about the same size so I can't help but scratch my head about some of these scaling choices. Also the widow mine here is 10 times the size of a marine, that can't be right.
I'm more interested in all these new abilities/units that appear in all the races, like how do the Port Junker and 7 different kinds of ultralisks fit into the tech tree?

The raven is in space and is in the shadow of Char (so you can see almost zero detail) so it's impossible to know how big or small it is because it has no point of reference. Yeah there are BCs in the shot too, but those are arguably much further away. The Raven is a self-sustaining factory, but saying it needs to be large for armament storage isn't that great of an argument when it comes to RTS games... then you'd have to say the roach also has to be huge to store a massive volume of corrosive bile in its body, or the oracle must be huge to stockpile all those stasis wards. At some point you have to start suspending disbelief but it's interesting where/how some people where to choose that point. Like how futuristic sniper rifles / assault rifles have a maximum range of about 30 yards, or how space faring fighter planes have a top speed of about 25 km/h. Anyway I'm going off on a tangent but hopefully I could give you some good insight.

It doesn't matter anyway because Robear's chart on sclegacy is literally the chart that's in the field manual, which is what this mod is based on. The sizes are canon; he didn't randomly make them up. Open up the field manual if you have it, the Raven's huge. :P

Seems like there's a problem on all sorts of scales here tons of your stuff is wayy too large in your mod (overlord, raven, etc) but at least you tried.
(The scout is roughly the same length as the Raven. Yes Raven is a bit bigger but not the 50x behemoth you have in your screenshot.)
This whole idea seems sort of arbitrary though because even Blizzard is always changing the size of things so you may as well just make anything any size you want. Like in the HotS missions skyscrapers were about 1/4 the footprint of a command center in the Tarsonis missions. Then in the Nova missions your entire base fits on the roof of one building - and yes, they're even back on Tarsonis. They scale of the buildings changed by 10 and nobody even batted an eye lol

Ask Lowko to make a video on it on his YT channel, he will more likely hear the map creator instead of me talking about it on a PM... This mod surely deserves attention and glory
Okay, I updated this last month but once my editor stops crapping out (F u blizz, half my maps wont open) I can publish a lot more newer updates. It seems to open occasionally but usually gets stuck on the same spot.

Stranded on Krydon Renewed- A renewed version of Stranded on Krydon that is being constantly updated, has improved visuals, is more friendly to new players, lots more fun tweaks and much more planned to come.
OK, I know there are things to fix, but friends suck for testing, I need you guys, if its not fun, SAY what would make it more fun, I am willing to change, add, remove, whatever.

That's the image with the "NOW OUTDATED" caption on it, and in the thread it mentions how the Raven gets changed.
Although yes, blizzard is inconsistent, and yes there are errors/changes in my mod but they are generally for gameplay purposes.
