SC2Mapster

Hello starcraft community,

I recently re-install HotS and download few custom maps, but few of them give me 'unable to load map' message.

I tried searching the forum and even asking the map author for solution but no luck.

One of them = is the Amber_Sun : http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/amber-sun/.

There are 10 maps there, I can load map 1-7 just fine but map 0, 8-10 I get 'unable to load map'.

I tried checking dependencies but all are on.

I there a solution? Thank you in advance.

Nothing? Perhaps if I add a screenshot.

After it gives this, try opening through file>open. Worked for me for a map that did this.

So, I open it again after I open it and give that message? err... open it twice?

Yes, double click on the map, when it loads empty map load it through file>open map from the local files.

Still give same message.

Ahh well it opens the map in the editor then but cant load it in sc2 then. I had once this error because of a missing dependency. Try removing it but stuff might not function in the map without it depends what uses the dependency.

Well thank you for the reply. Perhaps somethings just aren't meant to be.
