Looks like the final boss area for the Geraldus Rose/Janus.
Lots of generators there. Perhaps an entirely new mechanic is being included here? :D

StarCraft II: Annihilation Campaign - A 24 mission single-player campaign featuring unique heroes, custom tracks, boss battles, a varied set of mission scenarios and three intersecting storylines.
I've run into an annoying bug that makes one of the bosses simply stop moving, which I find very annoying. This might delay the map somewhat, especially since I have no idea what's causing this. I do it the same way I usually do.
Isolate the problem. Create a backup. Delete everything that has nothing to do with the boss and see what happens. Takes longer but more reliable: Create a new map and copy over everything that has to do with the boss and watch stepby step when the problem first occurs.
Is the boss trigger-controlled or AI-controlled? Masked's suggestion sounds good. Look at pathing.
Been mucking about, and I think I've fixed it (maybe). It seems it was more than one explanation, meaning the boss would stop because of one thing at one occasion, and because of another thing at another occasion.
EDIT: I think I got it now. I made a trigger running if the unit is idle (an event I didn't know exist), and it seems to have fixed it.
Final boss is well underway! I'm taking the day off tomorrow (don't have any classes anyway), in an attempt to finish the last fight. Shouldn't take too long to do the final cine either! After that, I'll send the mission to the testers (whom you better hope have a quick response time).
Oh, don't you worry. I'll be eagerly sitting here, patiently waiting for you to release the final part of this masterpiece!

Achievement unlocked: finish 30-mission custom campaign! I completed my trilogy before Blizzard completed theirs! Wihuuuu!!
I'm uploading the map now and will send it to the testers immediately after. Depending on their speed, it should be available to the public very soon to soon.

Maybe it's something with the terrain then, pathing problems.

Did some additional tweaking this morning, and it's working so smoothly now! Now only the final boss remains!
