I noticed Hydralisks and Mutalisks don't swap to the campaign variants for whatever morph you choose for them, I guess this is intentional but is it the root of the model issue?

I think so, yes. I just decided to keep the original units so I don't have to edit through those additional units. I did manage to fix the model issue, though, however, there's still no timer when you morph into Vipers or Lurkers/Impalers.

StarCraft II: Annihilation Campaign - A 24 mission single-player campaign featuring unique heroes, custom tracks, boss battles, a varied set of mission scenarios and three intersecting storylines.
Based on the feedback for Mission 18, I've released a new version featuring a number of changes. All changes can be found below or in the map file for individual mission packs.
Also, thanks to user JayborinoPlays showcase of the mission, I have found a few bugs and minor details that I've gone ahead and fixed as well.
A13, A18: Overseers are now flagged with "Army Select", allowing them to be selected when pressing the "Select Army" button.
A18: Krayen will no longer show the visual effect of Metamorphosis while in a cinematic.
A18: Fixed an issue causing the model for Mutalisks and Hydralisks to remain on the Lurker/Impaler cocoons and Viper Cocoons as the units were morphing.
A18: A number of grammatical errors have now been fixed.
A18: Krayen now has proper facing during the intro cinematic.
A07, A12, A13, A14, A15, A16, A17, A18: Fixed an issue causing Heroes to dissapear upon the start of a cinematic due to them being inside a any form of transport before the cinematic was initiated.
All Missions: Fixed an issue causing the "Building Armor" upgrade to affect Perdition Turrets and Tech Reactors twice.

I've wanted to showcase a map from scratch to the finished product. I had intended to do that with Mission 18, in fact! When I got to the terraining part, though. I decided to do quite a bit of reworking of the map layout so I didn't have much of a plan and thought it wasn't worth recording.
It's also quite a big time investment, and a lot of editing afterwards to put it together. But it was fun to do, so I'll probably make more of these, and perhaps even a full map at some point :D
StarCraft II: Annihilation Campaign - A 24 mission single-player campaign featuring unique heroes, custom tracks, boss battles, a varied set of mission scenarios and three intersecting storylines.
I'm watching this and am impressed by the attention to detail being put into the terraining, but at the same time, I can't help but wonder how it would run on low-end computers. I could barely get a stable 30 fps on many Annihilation missions on low graphics and my computer has notably better specs than the minimum requirements. I can only imagine how much worse it'd be for people who do have minimum requirement computers.
Just did mission 18 on Brutal (took me 2 hours to defeat this one and find the right composition)
* Let's just start with a question, did you put double damage units on the various bases? Because i saw a siege tank (on one of the bases without minerals) do more of 100/200 damage to my hero with a single shot, fucking up my entire plan of kill everything and then plant the virophages...
* Don't know itf it's intentional but every BC i met did yamatomy hero whenever he was on range, putting it as the highest priority target, half of the times killing it as a consequence... Don't know if it's intentional or not
* Very hard and fast paced mission btw, I tried Ultralisks and it was a godawful idea, way better keep spamming free banelings, the real joke on this map is the free Raven spam on the mid-late waves, i counted like 6 missiles at once one time (making impossible to dodge everything)... Since this gratuitous AoE spam i went for hydra/roach/ling/bane/queens so to mitigate as most as possible the seeker missile shots and have a quick army that is easy to refull with new units... For the whole "spread creep" question i solved it with a Creeper sawrm host, so i didn't have to waste money on nydus worms or wait the killed creep tumors to grow again
All enemy bases without minerals in them are areas that aren't supposed to be taken, so that's a good way to indicate if you should avoid it or not.
The Battlecruiser AI generally targets enemies with high health, so I assume that's why they focused Krayen. If you had more Ultralisks, I find they tend to attack those more, since they have more health.
Funny how ultralisks didn't work for you. Fully upgraded Ultralisks with Hydralisk support and Queens to heal is the only thing I need to do this mission. I found that because of the extensive AoE, particularly from Ravens, I lost too much of my army, while Ultras could tank the hits more effectively.
Glad to hear about some use of the Creeper Swarm Hosts. I was hoping someone would realize they're effectiveness in this mission :D

StarCraft II: Annihilation Campaign - A 24 mission single-player campaign featuring unique heroes, custom tracks, boss battles, a varied set of mission scenarios and three intersecting storylines.
I didn't use Ultras because i hate to lose super expensive units like these with high damage spells like the raven one, to have a great bank to make instant mass lings to slow down some waves (damn me i forgot to place some evo chambers away from my base to buy time, i will use them if the next mission will need it) and opted for mass queens since the heals refilled fast the aoe damage (with also Krayen heal) and most important they have a huge ass hitbox so the total of units hitted by the missiles were smaller (plus ravens wasted immediately some seeker on lings ... I was worried about the hiatus you had months ago but i am glad you came back with this intense mission, it kicked my ass like -The Ringed City- is kicking it right now

I'm glad to hear that! Upon release, I was worried if it would be hard enough considering what you've just faced in Mission 17. I have another intense mission for you coming in about 2 weeks :P

So I haven't posted anything about Mac Editor issues lately, mainly because I feel like I'm not posting much of anything else these days. But since I've now gotten a couple PM's regarding my inactivity, I thought I'd update y'all before more people message me XD
As with every other patch since LotV, patch 3.12 broke my editor again, so I'm completely unable to even start up the program. As you'd imagine, this is not ideal when making a map. As soon as the problem is fixed, I'll mention it again. With the announcement of a new Co-Op commander, hopefully Blizzard will fix the problem soon.

Please note that cameras during cinematics are currently bugged due to the latest patch, so they may move in an irregular fashion or outright cut straight to where it was supposed to end up after a couple of seconds of moving. Just to let you guys know, I am aware of this, but it is unfortunately not an error on my part!
Enjoy the map!
