I’m here to say that after Nexus Word Wars, iCJug, and Banana Cheaters, I made a new Tug of War called NEXUSHINDRANCEWARS. \o/
Nexus Hindrance Wars (NHW) is a Nexus Wars map with something very unique (watch the youtube video and you will see what I’m talking about). :)
The game reminds a lot of my older Tug of War Nexus Word Wars; it has the same mood and style (no typing, though). I am officially publishing Nexus Hindrance Wars on Battle.net US and EU this WEDNESDAY (20th July, 2011). So please, at least give it a try on Wednesday, I’m sure it will be a different experience. I’ll be on the “Hindrance Wars” chat channel for as much as I can.

Looks great Rodrigo! I like the beam thing, that looks like it could be really cool. The clips in the video looked unbalanced, how far along do you think you are in the balancing process?
Looks like amazing fun. Anything in place to control the number of units that spawn? I worry about people juggling units with the beams to make their wave huge until their FPS reaches a point where they no longer can :P

That actually is a nice twist on the map. But are the units standard melee units or did you alter them?

Don't know about us realm, but eu will have "maintenance" on Wednesday (03:00 to 11:00 cest) that is advertised as "online play unavailable"...

The idea of "tower walls" is sort of counter to anything "playable", so .. once again:

This map reminds me of Debates except there's no debating and you just send units and use lasers to block those units. Am i right?
