I woke up this morning and learned that my dad was in the hospital, When I got there I learned that he had died on the way, He suffered a major heat attack,
No one thought it was going to be bad because he walked out to the ambulance, and was sitting up talking to them from what I understand.
I myself lost my mother suddenly, almost 13 years ago, and it was quite a change. Spend the time with your family, and don't bottle it up. I can tell you from experience it is not the way to go. It's ok to cry, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Bottling it up will just hurt you in the long run.
Talk about it. Cry about it. Remember the good times. Life must go on, and make him proud.
Because I can never give a reply to threads like these without feeling as if my reply is utterly pointless, I decided to see if I could find you a song from my collection that conveys exactly how you must be feeling. After an hour of searching lyrics, I came up with the simplest yet clearly best solution I have.
I am so sorry to hear this Taintedwisp :( I guess it can happen to anyone. It is just very sad that it happened to you and your family. Loosing someone is a long process, but I deeply hope that we'll see you again someday.
