Blizzard has the ball. They have already improved the arcade and thats a good start to improve the community. There still are people who play arcde and sc2. It might not be HUGE, but its up to blizzard to promote arcade and support community if they wana make it more popular. (Still waiting my HOTS copy from blizzard that would allow me to map with hots assets -_-')
It certainly would have been awesome if I could affect blizzards actions more but thats not gona happen :).

Fair enough. Having thoroughly outlined the obstacles, one would expect the next post propose an equally comprehensive draft of viable, actionable measures on which community members may act toward realizing a solution. Otherwise, people may misinterpret your rigorousness as petulance, and I for one wouldn't want people to misconstrue your motivations in such a way.
