No no absolutely not. I didn't play a lot of Element TD in wc3 but I think that's the best map of the two. Firemaul wars is simply the best MW I've found so far.
The reason that I bought sc2 on release day was for the custom content alone. I can't even think of how much I played that when I was little. Still haven't even hassled through the campaign yet, I think I left off somewhere in the last mission possibly.
I just don't remember that many sc1 maps, and people seem to know the wc3 ones better.

its called "Island Troll Tribes Remake" i put it under the Survival Category
I have a very hard time finding really good maps in Sc2. Element TD one is one of the few that I've even seen from wc3 at all.

With some imagination one could consider Mafia to be a remake of the old 'find the killer'-style maps that used to circle the WC3 channels.
