It is impossible to change host site ops on the fly, even though there is a supposed feature within the send actor message functions that allows you to do so, which does not work.

Please stop discussing here, it makes it harder for Creation to grab it all in the end, thank you!
As the publisher of your map, you should be able to download the full version of your map when you go to manage published maps through the editor, you login and then download your map.
Currently it downloads it as if you were anyone else, making it so you have to hack it in order to get access to your -own- map. As a publisher you should be able to retrieve your map from Battle.net and be able to edit it. *In cases of Hard Drive crashes.* You shouldn't have to hack your own map!
And on that note, we need better map protection and bank protection still!

I agree, but you really should put your map under svn and routinely commit it for backup purposes. It takes five minutes to set up and is very very convenient.
Also seems the verification can cause corruption in the bank files so Blizzard needs to test this more and since maps NEED Battle.net to be played, the verification signature -SHOULD- come from Battle.net itself and not stored locally.
To correctly use tokens you have to use xml-editing & a seperate Sc2mod file to use them;
otherwise they still get reseted on reload of map, and/or can't be asigned to values by tokenID through GE it-self
Having the editor auto minimize when launching a map through F9 should be an option (that you can turn off), for those of us with more than sufficient ram or using dual screens this is a great annoyance to us - especially when you have 5-6 windows opened in the editor.
Being able to find out the aspect ratio (resolution) of a player's computer.
Being able to retrieve a server's name and/or address through a string (such as NA / SEA / EU / us.battle.net / sg.battle.net / eu.battle.net).
Being able to retrieve a player's name through string.
Being able to retrieve a player's character code through integer.
Convert Text to String function.
Server side bank files (Though I doubt this will happen)
- Option to set dialog's (and dialog item's) size according player resolution. (if you set this ok at the start of the map than all of your dialogs will be adjusted and maybe they could also add near it that, what was the original resolution you designed the map)
- Increase map upload time out to 10 min from 2 min. Currently with my 4mbit net, I can only upload 5mb size cause it.
- Trigger to get global time. (This would get the current time from the battlenet server.) This would enable new type of games, (Like: tamagotchi, browser mmorpgs or E.V.E)
- Set fog of war height. (or atleast an option to set it lower height on maps which has no terrain.)
- Real protection for banks:D
- Some kind of system to get sponsors for maps:D (If they can get 170,000 USD prize pool / GSL / month for progammers, than they should help us too, maybe companies could get advertisement on 'good' maps loading screen and blizzard and the map maker too would get money back from it. I would be much more happy for system like this than map market place!)
Omfg this > - Increase map upload time out to 10 min from 2 min. Currently with my 4mbit net, I can only upload 5mb size cause it.
For aussies its kind of fucked up, I can only upload 4/5mb maps because of it =\

Rework the Road-Tool to allow us to create crossroads, intersections and other things, so we can actually use it again
Rework the Water-Planes so that we're actually able to rotate them and create a river that goes down a hill
Fix the bug where some Textures won't work with one-another
Increase the number of Terrain-Textures we can use to at least 16, better would be to be able to use them all at once
Doodads not placed by foliage should be affected by wind too - at least grass, trees and things like that
Assets
Stop creating Doodads with spikes on the lower end, you're ruining our very complex and very beautiful Terrain with it!..!!.....!!!!!!!! And if you have time, rework them and make a fresh UVW without stretching (yes, we look under your rocks), or we gotta do it for you.
Data
Currently Site-Ops don't seem to work for Doodads, please add some way to rotate them in any direction at will (without site-ops preferably)
Rework Upgrade so that you could just auto-fill-in multiple levels

Rework Map-Protection, we can hack it, it's a joke
Bankfiles are stored based on the map author, making Team-based major projects near impossible. Find a solution.
Viable solutions to switch maps on battle.net with all players of game, making huge rpgs & campaigns possible
Viable solution for complex TPS-Movement-Systems without Lag
When they create the Marketplace, they should make sure that Map-Authors will also be able to make a System like LOL, where you can sell Heroes on a monthly basis, by using a single map that contains a Bankfile-Encryption-Code for it. This should be viable for those, that want to do it. Also, they should make it possible for maps to be selected by Author on the Marketplace, instead of just Popularity!
Increase the upload limit and at least save Bankfiles on the Battle.net Server. That would be a huge help for us all to protect our maps from cheating. We're with Blizz on this - Cheating sucks.
Battle.net
The current implementation of the Popularity-System is an active insult to the community, we've been disappointed with it for a long time, you heard that at Blizzcon
Fix the Match-Making currently in place. It happens that I get someone who has done over 250+ games in 2-on-2 in a 1-on-1 match, because he has less games there. Not very healthy for the newbie.
Why are there no Clans yet, eh? EH?
Find a way to let EU play with US, we're all very friendly at Mapster and want to be with people we like! We don't care about the lag!

Ask them to post a lot more either on their forums, or even better, to look around ours from time to time. The number of responses is limited, we're aware of that, but it'd show how much they actually care for us. We're all not very happy with the current state that we're in, we fell left alone!
The next BlizzCon Contest should pick maps by actual quality, there was a lot of stuff around that was way better than what you showed us. WE KNOW, WE MADE THEM.
The next time you steal Screenshots from Mapster to fill your Presentations, at least thank us!
Cross realm support, or at LEAST cross realm publishing.
Upload timeout should be increased as well, i simply CANT get a better internet connection where i currently live ("Oh yeah, we dont have anything better for your location cause we're bigger noobs than blizz. Have you tried moving to another locale part of town?" F*ck you internet providers!)
Tooltips for the less obvious fields in the data editor. Seriously, they have a tooltip for the obvious fields ("Stats - Life") but not for the not obvious ones...
Give your programmers an exrta $5 in their paycheck if they visit Mapster regularly and participate in this forum... It would be so f'kin useful if they had ONE person that would participate in these forums... They could just hire someone from mapster ffs...
Use short integers again for the popularity system. IT WAS PERFECT!!! Well, better than what we have at least.
Give us more models to work with, or at least the m3 exporter for 3ds max that you guys used...
New profile section suggestion: favorite custom maps
I've been thinking about this since long ago, but it never got too many attention when I posted it. Personally, I think it's worth the read, and that it would be awesome if Blizzard implemented it, so let's give it another chance:
As we all know, the list of custom maps is terribad, and discourages anyone from playing and creating custom maps. The worst of it is to find the map you want to play, and then, if it's below the 3rd page, to find the people to play it.
Battle.net 2.0 has an awesome feature, called profiles. There, you have your leagues, your achievements and whatever.
My suggestion is pretty simple: make a new section, called maps, and let players choose a selection of favorite maps and show them to friends.
....................
Oh, shinnies, but how would this work?
The best example is the "Leagues" section. There, you have your 3 favorite leagues, and then all the others. This "Maps" section would allow you to highlight, say, 3 maps, and then show, in the space below, the rest of the maps. No need of subsection bars at the left side.
....................
Hey, wait a minute, how is this linked to the custom game lists?
The "Maps" section would have a limit of, for example, 20 maps. That means you can only tag 20 maps as favorites. Once you tag a map, you give it a "score". The system, then, could build a different classification from that very score compilation. This way, you have a real popularity list, instead of the "popular of the day" list (we should have both of them, to make the search easier).
....................
Yeah, awesome, but what new functionalities do I get for adding maps to my profile?
By clicking over the map names, a small screen would appear, with the image, the description, the number of players, the author (with a link to his profile) and all that information you already get by clicking over the map names at the custom games list. Inside that window, you would be able to change your score, and remove it if from your list, too.
In the case of the 3 highlighted maps, you wouldn't need to click over the name to show that window, because they would appear up already (just like 3 favorite leagues).
The best feature would be that, from those windows, you would be able to click "join game" and "create game", without having to go to Multiplayer section and search the map.
....................
So, how would I select my favorite maps in the first place?
There's a lot of different ways. The button that allows you to remove a map from your profile could become the "add to favorites" button in the profiles of the other people. Also, you should be able to add it to favorites from the custom games list itself, and from the score screen once the game has finished, too.
....................
Well, that's all. I think this idea would help the mapmaking community a lot, and encourage everyone to make their own maps. If you can't reach the high popularity lists, well, you'll always have your group of friends to play it.
More could be asked, like charts of statistics for each map, but I think this is enough for now. Opinions, suggestions, criticism? Feel free to post any of that :).
Would be nice if you add something like this to the list :).

Add better trigger info to the game dump when it crashes. Also, fix the crashes. Trigger debugger can't look at record variables.

Are banks still getting hacked with the new signature in place?
I agree, but you really should put your map under svn and routinely commit it for backup purposes. It takes five minutes to set up and is very very convenient.
@Creation25: Go It can still get hacked, just less obvious. So long as bank is stored locally, you can do it.

You can change size per player, just as visibility or texture, for eg:
DialogControlSetSize((DialogControlLastCreated()), (PlayerGroupSingle(1)), 200, 50)
See this thread: http://forums.sc2mapster.com/general/general-chat/16731-a-word-on-bank-encryption/?page=2#p26

Animation set pause doesn't work properly.
Validators not being able to compare two fields with each other.
Like for example, you can't compare the Caster's HP with the Target's HP.
