Das epic. What doodads compose the red circle and whatever is inside?
The center is a Valhalla Glass Floor terrain object (Or something similar, I don't have the map open currently) with some texture work over it. The circle is made of 4 decals, 4 landing lights and a 200% scale red omni light.
Nice! It has something really interesting. It's simple, but effective. (well, looking at it carfully and it still has many doodads...) Anyway, good job =D
However, I wonder what will be the 100th WTE... Do you even realize this means at less 100 weeks? This is 700 days, a little more than 2 years of WTE... Thanks Mozared for doing this =D
Dammits! Just noticed that my post no longer includes my map and instead has deleted all of my original pics.
Not to worry, will edit soon... or as soon as I can sneak back to my friend's computer...

Neat. Is there a weather effect going on? Because I see these glowing white flakes everywhere... In any case, maybe you could do more work on the sand/snow/whattheheckdoyouwantittobe textures around the power plant. And just basically stuff around the power plant.
In overall it's really well done, however, I think you could play a little bit more on the texture and probably add some doodads on the cliffs, I'm bored of seeing always the same cliffs, make them be unique ;) On the other hand, I very like the water, it adds alot on the "coolant" perspective. Making it shaking, blue-ish green, the sun reflect on the water, etc, great ;) Oh and last thing, I would not be driver in that place... nothing to prevent trucks from falling into the water lol... and the fences on the bottom are like twice the size of a truck....lol? So, there is a little of size confusion ;)
After looking at your pic and SGT's comment, I imagined the char thing turned white (often used in creating snow effect, probably like you did) and scale it: 500,500,10, and move it to the water surface to do some kind of floating snow, or debris, or whatever it would looks like. =P I wonder what would be the results ;)
Wasn't POUF the way tiberium happened in C&C?
And I acknowledge that the 'chocolate' isn't chocolate, but that was my second thought upon seeing it.
I didn't fully detail this one on account of laziness, but I did a pretty good job of capturing the mood and atmosphere I was after.
@Telthalion: Go
Out of curiosity, was the mood/atmosphere supposed to be 'Dark City'? Reminds me a lot of that movie for some reason.
Has a nice look/feel to it anyways :)

I'm not familiar with that one. I was just after a somewhat stylized, somewhat cyberpunkish scum hole of a city, with a dark gloomy feel.
Initially it was more green than yellow, but after some tweaking I decided that the yellows looked better.
