    I don't think its the teleport's problem because the teleport was the solution of the problem that the arm magazine won't stick to thor when thor attacks. The problem that the arm magazine won't attack while walking was already happening even before the teleport solution. 
    This was the gif I uploaded before I solved the sticking problem. And you can see that thor isn't just walking but is using the Attack+Ground click attack scan ability by the red point that thor is heading. It's maybe the problem of the leash ability. 
     
    Also the teleportation doesn't work while the Arm Magazine is attacking

     Well I don't think so because even I removed the create persistent effect and connected the weapon effect directly to the launch missile effect, It didn't work which is the case of the latest gif I sent.
    That's why in the gif thor fires only a missile at a time.

    Here you are
    For addition, this attack effects doesn't work. The previous Gif I sent had different settings with this because the Create Persistent effect won't work but I had to demonstrate how the attack works so I just directly connected the Launch Missile effect to the Weapon -> Effect: Effect field. 
    It's because I edited these effects to make it like an ordinary attack not like the original hurricane missile which is a non-target attack effect.

     Well.. I noticed this morning that there is a slight problem.
    since the missile's attack has a slight delay and it cancels the attack when I move, It doesn't attacks while walking. I don't know what's the problem. I set the allowed movement to Moving and did the same settings with other fields as before. 
    Actually I had this problem before I created the teleport leash. The teleport effect only made the arm magazine stick to thor. 
    I made the arm magazine's model to defiler for debug.

     Never mind. I just nailed it. 
     
    I'll just write this in case of someone would face the same problem as me.
    It was very confusing so I chose a easier way. I just made a Apply Behavior effect, Teleport effect and a Buff behavior then set the Effets:Effect field of the abilty to the apply behavior effect which is connected to the buff behavior I made. The behavior I made has a 0.0625 period with the teleport effect at the periodic effect field. And then I made a Location Range validator that checks location of the target unit is greater than 0. The teleport effect's Effect: Source Field is set to target unit and Target: Placement Around field is set to caster unit. Of course I attached the validator I made too.

    Well.. Movements changed for sure. I could notice that immediately because thor was vibrating and traveled the entire map at the speed of light. Even I did nothing, thor just messed around by himself. 
     
    I just noticed that there are no Targets in this ability. How do I target the magazine?

     Well the SOp Random Point In Sphere seems to not work. 
     
    First I tried the impact point site operations like the upper part of the screenshot and didn't work so tried the impact:site ops field just like the bottom of the pic. Both of all didn't work.

     I added the queue type ability and it worked. That's solved but still the missiles are launched from the air. 
    How do I make the arm magazine I made to follow thor with the kinetic effect? I have no idea

    I made the arm magazine visable and found that It constantly stops because it keeps scan the enemy like a (A + Ground Click) command. I need it to use the (Right Click) command
     
    Checked it and still doesn't build.
