The QQ comes for a mapmaker who wants his map to get some attention.

People can keep on bs-ing themselves that they are modding just for fun and don't care about popularity. But for me if my map gets more attention I am happier.

Call me attention-whore or QQ-er but at least I have purpose/ambition in what I do. Unlike some people who keeps on stressing they have nothing to do in their lives so they use it for mapmaking.

This just turns me off really... Cheating or not is subjective. But all I can say is mapmakers are handicapped.

Plus they already put Blizz Icon next to the maps name... Whats the point of putting in popularity? They also already have Blizzard Maps category...

Basically you are suggesting that cos you have the power, you should screw others who are less powerful... Just because I can I'll screw u?

I'm not saying it's cheating but it just turns off other mapmakers ambition to continue making maps...

I hope they do this just to test if their games would get more hours played when featured like that.

So are you saying Blizzard's employee such as David Kim or D. Browder are allowed to compete in GSL? then they have hidden key combination to add 10000 resources and reveal map just to screw Koreans?

Maybe just maybe, they want to test again, for one last time... Do players just play maps on 1st page of popularity? Maybe they wanna know if, by putting their maps on 1st page, it would boost number of hours played. They can see their number. We can't

I mean its a no brainer "Fun or Not" and" Up & Coming" are supposed to only include maps that are not on top 3 pages of most popular... What's the point of promoting already popular map? Might as well remove Up&Coming if thats the case.

I think Fun Or Not should be disabled in the first 24 hours to populate most popular page first. Then after that, Fun or Not should pick random games that's not in top 3 pages of most popular.

It's no brainer, no rocket science. Am I too stupid? Or Blizzard too genius?

yep tried playing all the TValerian song. even opened the campaign map Tvalerian 1 Tvalerian 2A. still couldnt find it. Am I missing something?

I am trying to find the song that's being used in SC2 April Fools kinect vid. I went through one by one in the editor in parent MUSIC but couldn't find it. Anyone know the exact name of the song and the name in editor?

- Unsure whether making sc2 maps will be a good path to take 'cos I have other projects in the making too... (you can use the time to do something else like mobile apps development, or web based service dev.)

- No partner (very hard to do things alone, esp. motivation wise. And very hard to find partner interested in SC2 modding who is at the same level and has the same interest as you. Easier to find partner to do mobile apps dev or web based dev)

- League of Legends...
