I agree Rodrigo, the friend's list is too simple. I hate how it get's even MORE simple when you are in a game. What I don't understand is that they are trying to create a social gaming network, yet really all it is, is Battle.net V1 plus a horribly simple chat client.
And what I don't understand is that there are social gaming networks out there like Xbox Live that rock. Battle.net seems like a decade behind the times.
I won't be verifying everything, but if there is an issue please post and it will be corrected. God Light's author (sl1v3r) has been properly credited and your ability (Chain and Purgatory) removed. Thank you.
Has any moderators checked the 'Report Post' thing lately? Cause I use that report tool alot in attempts to make sure forum stays organized and I have 16 reports as far back as October that still haven't been claimed by a moderator.
I have a pretty low bandwidth ISP and these new cataclysm ads on the site are horrible. They pop all the damn time by themselves and fill up half the page and then attempt to stream video. Probably nothing that can be done, but I've used the internet for a long time and I've never hated an ad more. Ever.
Behaviors that are removed due to validators failing do not run any effects from the Effects - Effects - Final entry.
I had a stacking behavior that, upon removal, was supposed to run an effect that removed all stacks of the behavior. When it's validator failed, it only removed itself and did not run the Remove Behavior effect, thereby leaving stacks of itself on the unit.
I found that when I first started mapmaking and wasn't very good with it, I created a design outline dividing everything that needed to be done into smaller parts with the most important listed first. This let me finish core features by themselves first, then add things not ABSOLUTELY necessary to the map.
It seems to me that the map idea is pretty simple, it's basically melee with some triggered events. So I wouldn't say it's too ambitious. My first project I wanted to do with friends was a 4-player 10-map campaign with branching decision-based storyline and 2 completely new systems of gameplay running simultaneously on one map. Now that was far too ambitious for a first project. If your map idea was something like that I would tell you to reconsider, but this seems like a good starting point.
My advice from years of modding Warcraft 3 is this:
Make an awesome mod without art assets first. Artists (especially modellers) are quite rare and from my experience usually doing their own things. And due to Starcrafts comparatively small modding community, even rarer than in Warcraft 3. This means that to get them to join your map, you really need to illustrate what a badass "first-page" quality map it is. In my experiences, there are a couple ways to get artists to work on your map that you may want to try:
Get your map onto the first page
Release very cool images/videos of your mod in action
Really sell people on a unique gameplay concept you have.
Make your mod look like you've put serious time into it.
In the meantime, just use placeholders (For example, WoW models). If your game isn't enjoyable without the art, its probably not enjoyable period. I just know that if I was an artist and I looked at all the mods out there looking for people, I probably would not choose this one because there doesn't really seem to be anything done and no proof anything will get done. Once you've done a few of the things above, you'll find that people with artistic skills will start to show interest in your map. There is also always the alternative to go out and learn photoshop. There's tutorials out there that can give you a crash course in computer game character and environment design.
I believe with the coming patch you will be able to do something like this using the layout files but still have hotkey support. That means this way of doing it will be somewhat outdated.

You have all the current Feats of Strength.

Move all the data to a .sc2mod file and have both maps use it as a dependency.
There is also this:
