The Data Editor Requirement is perfectly fine and mostly bugless so far.
The only problem is you used it incorrectly. It doesn't let you to press ok because your expression is not complete.
Every Requirement is basically very similar to Condition in trigger editor. i.e. it test whether a statement is true. Your example above is an incomplete statement. You need to, for example, have it like this: (count ability. your ability. completed at unit <= 2)
Suggestion: Split General Map Development into two forums
Currently most newbie mappers simple go there to ask questions, some are so trivial as how to select a doodads. More difficult questions are quickly dropped to the 2nd / 3rd page.
How about break it to two parts: Basic Map Development and Advanced Map Development? In this setting, simple questions can still be answered quickly in Basic forum, while difficult questions can stay longer in the Advanced forum.
Another suggestion: I would like to see a shortcut button to show all the threads I posted / replied in descending order of the time of last replied post. Currently I need to use the search function and search my name. The search result also does not list in descending order of the time of last replied post even after pressing the "Last Post". (Not sure if this is a bug.)

1) I think there is an option in game variant that lock alliance setting. You can also repeat the alliance setting with triggers.
2) Not very sure exact procedure but definitely can be set using game variant.
3) You can simply set all players as allies of the computer player, then change all the triggers to response to ally of that computer player. Since computer player won't leave the game prematurely, all your triggers will work fine no matter how many players leave early! Alternatively, you can set a Player Group variable and put all the players into that group at map initialization, then refer to that Player Group every time.
Actually, the second method is the proper way to do it in term of programming.
3) Creating / duplicating new units is more complicated in SC2 than that during WC3. You probably missed a lot of steps (which everyone would when he/she first tried to make new units.) Better check out the relevant tutorial here first: http://wiki.sc2mapster.com/galaxy/tutorials/
Makes two camera of the views you wanted. Makes two triggers, event: player pressed Insert / delete respectively. Then each trigger has the action apply camera object ignoring target.
1) Make sure you are having the doodad palette active. select the doodad, press enter, then change X, Y, Z; select the doodad, press Delete.
2) Make sure you are having the doodad or unit palette active, then just use the mouse to select the doodad or unit.
3) Choose Point palette and you will see it.
4) http://wiki.sc2mapster.com/galaxy/tutorials/ Honestly you lacks even the most basic knowledge of the editor, so you should go read a few basic tutorials before continue your current work.

@CloudMax: Go
This probably works.

If the unit is created a few lines above, just change Triggering unit to Last Created Unit. Change Triggering Player to Owner of (Last Created Unit).

You can delete the Text message by searching the specific lines then delete them. You will still get the error sound though.

Variable - Set DialogButtons[1] = (Last created dialog)
Variable - Set DialogButtons[2] = (Last created dialog)
The above lines are wrong, unless they are only typo.
It should be
Variable - Set DialogButtons[1] = (Last created dialog item)
Variable - Set DialogButtons[2] = (Last created dialog item)

after your "Move unit to" action, use pan camera to position of unit, or lock camera following unit if you want the camera keep following it.

Oh, sorry. Didn't see that thread. I'll repost the suggestion there.

You can get the answer much faster by opening the campaign map you metioned and look into it.
