Not looking for a professional or anything, but I need one last character for my campaign:
He has 63 lines. Reply or email me at grad42[at]gmail.com if you're interested. Looking for a sort of southern/redneck accent, but nothing too overboard. Try to minimize the amount of noise in your sample (i.e. lower the gain/volume on your mic, throw a blanket over your computer, etc.)

I threw some voice samples into the working folder for the mercenary campaign project :)
Alright here's all the auditions I've received so far from both here & voice acting alliance:

Which one do you guys like the best? I had this guy at first, but he flaked:

I'd still like for people to send in auditions to see if we can squeeze anything else out of this character. I put in more details in the OP.
I like number 2 :P
Voice Actors are definitely a harder part of development... finding the perfect voice for the situation.
If anything, two sounds the best.
EDIT: I think the second voice would fit the best.
Also, on a personal note: It was cool what you did to my voice clip, hard to recognize!
Darn it, I'm number two. Was hoping to use somebody else since I already do 90% of the voices lol.
Lol! Then go with number one; just tell him to improve on the rythm of his speak.
Your files seem to be down.
