So, this is not actually a tutorial, but more of a compilation.
I recently discovered the style options in the text editor and noticed that it's very inconvenient searching for a nice looking style.
So I am working on a few images that list all preset Starcraft 2 styles so everyone can quickly find the best styles.
There are a lot of multiples, but since I don't know initially which are and which aren't I can't sort them out.
The first part of this list contains 556 styles. It's about 75% of all available styles.
The design of the images is a little bit unrefined yet, but that doesn't make it less useful.
How to integrate a style:
This compilation is intended to be used by people who know what styles are, but I'm going through the implementation real quickly as it's really not hard.
Styles can only be part of texts, not of strings. When you're entering a text through GUI you usually get a edit box with color gradient and style options.
You can add style options just like HTML tags:
This example text will get the style option "Kicker_Zerg" applied.
Seems like a lot of the styles use the same font, i was expecting a bit more variety. Do you know how to change font size? For some reason i can't find how to change a dialog item label's font size. Perhaps with code? Because i can get colours, and the code for that is pretty simple. Maybe i'll just try googling the code for font size and see if that works.
I compressed the image a bit, should make it easier to use on smal screens. (If fits nicely on my two monitors at 100% zoom level.) Also reduced size from 3.11MB to 0.7MB (minor quality loss). See attachment.
* The other half of the styles. (A-K done; L-Z missing)
* Make it PNG instead of JPG to remove compression artifacts and fix background. (Current background color is random for each pixel between #000000 and #0E1A0C instead of normal black...)
I don't think there is a size tag in the beta yet, but Blizzard will definitely add one. Also we only have 2 fonts ingame. SC2 should have support for custom fonts. Somebody with a beta key, please tell Blizzard.

Curse can't handle nicknames that begin with a number. (Like my name. )
I know this has been buried for a while but it's an awesome reason and I'd love to see this thing complete. Would also be amazing to see a 3rd party tool made out of this that would have a list of all the possible fonts and allow you to type in text and preview how it would look with that font.
I noticed that they're more and more repeating text styles just with different names. So I decided to leave it at 75%. I guess it's pretty much all of the styles and there's over 150 styles left that would need to be copied by hand. Gain just isn't worth the effort, imo.
