Seems the people here really like it:p. I should give it a try sometime.
I had noticed it was kinda low on the list. A few pages. Maybe advertising it on the Bnet.forums and even Team liquid, Could help boost the popularity considerably. Especially since a lot of the comments here seem really positive.
I don't really think it's easy to play first time. When go to buy stuff it seem you need to know what you've already bought. Why isn't that marked in the shops? Instead you have to bring up the inventory it seems and mouse over your stuff.
It doesn't require you to know what you've already bought. You can just go and buy what you want. It'll not smack you in the face for doing that the first few minutes, but it'll bite you in the butt after some time. Which is perfectly fine, its called a learning curve. Also, looking at your inventory is natural for a lot of different games. Look at MMOs, they only show comparison Tooltips when you're lucky, most don't know that feature or only got it via patches. Generally every game that has a Inventory requires you to look at it for knowledge (Diablo for example has that too).
Also, its not really easy to play as a newbie. It needs some brain and planning. Its not like some TD. But its easy to understand. You immediately graps the concept if you watch the Tutorial or after playing for a few minutes. Currently its fighting with balance issues and the lack of the so-called Meaningful Choice, but those are being adressed by feedback & discussions.

Going to boost it via Custom Live on friday at the very least ^^
I actually have similar map in my .doc file. Tho its on hold and gives a bit more control over your unit.
This is fun to play, but it needs improvement, money comes too fast. terrain is maybe too big. Or not designed that good. Looks good, but design could be better IMO.
Anyway, really great map. Its easy to pick up I agree. Tho I have experience with this type of map. Only problem I had here, the inventory is kinda too complicated. Limiting some rows to 1 would be better idea. Or 2 at least. But I dont know.
there are some little bugs...
1. there is a droppod in the sky above the blue base which you are able to get big in your view at the right position
2. blue has abig advantage in the early game because blue can order their units to move to the top left corner outside of their base before the map reveals. red is not even able to get down both ramps.
3. host in the lobby can't do .... often a 1vs1 or 2 vs2 or moving people to their friends would be really necessary to get a game started. right now it is always big rant because of evil host.

Oh that's interesting. And yeah, I've noticed the dropship bug myself too. Still not sure what causes it exactly. I'll look into that though, thanks for the report.

I tried for hours to get this to work. I mean I've probably spent upwards of 3 hours trying to make this available. Right now you can just add computer players as a work-around, but the lobby is just...
As soon as I find a concrete solution to this, it'll be implemented within an hour.
I'm sorry for the lack of responce conerning a US release. As soon as I find a reliable and safe way to upload, I will.
Going to be uploading a new version tonight. It's mostly bug fixes but more importantly, huge computer player changes. These guys should really give you a run for your money now. Hopefully you won't have to play vs the AI for too long, but until then I plan to ensure the AI is fun.

That's a great idea. No clue how that slipped my mind...
AH, I forgot something yesterday: Make the inventory of the shops visible even when you are not near them. I want to select a weapon while im driving to the shop. Not buyable from a range of course, just viewable (and the buttons grayish-dulled out)...you know like in Wc3..
-When rightclicking on the map the default should be to move your vehicle. Now if you have a building selected you get an error and you must first target your vehicle (of 3 practically identical vehicles) to be able to move.
-To be able to have the inventory up at the same time you buy stuff.
-I played few game late at night so I might have missed it, but I can't really see where my allies are on the minimap. All I see is red/blue blobs.
-Having portraits of your allies with health and what enemy abilities have been cast on them would be good, so you could go and help them.
have to say also that it is realy nice, some things i noticed:
drones with more range seem to do more dmg per 1 sec then drones with low range, shouldnt it be the other way?
the minimapsymbols should be improved to see player on first sight so you shouldn need to search for them.
i sometimes loose controle (cause of missclicing), it would be nice if there was a toggleable skill/button so that u cant select other units while active. its something i miss in most herobased maps.
the thing youre planing for the future to gain skills is nice, but you shouldnt have to play another map/gameplay just for that. imagine i dont like the map to gain skills but want to play the original. then i would have ether have a disadvantage for leck of skillpoints or have to play the other map or just quit playing this awesome map. also i think it wouldnt be good to get everything as reward after playes, its perfect how it is now (for weapons and drones and such), only passive bonuses or special vehicles should be rewarded by such a system so a new player doesnt have that much of a disadvantage. but hey.... its just plans for the future, for now its realy nice to play
one last thing, there sould be a revive timer to know when you get revived after you die
Yeah skill points is IMHO a horrible idea. Then they who play the most will have a better vehicle. Isn't skill enough?
That's why I don't really like WoW PvP or FPSs which use skill points.
An alternative to the skill system that I had in mind was a ranking system. Basically, you win a few games, you gain a rank. Not quite sure what would come with the rank, but it'd be some vanity reward.
Will see. First I have to get the map on it's feet...
As for the revive timer bar, yeah. I plan to add that and a bar for node capture. I feel like I've sorted out most of the major gameplay/balance issues right now so I'm back to adding content.
Make the camera pan over to the spot where you respawn.
Right now, if you hold multiple nodes on the map, you can't be certain where exactly it'll spawn you so you have to spam-press 1 until the vehicle respawns.
imo you should be able to choose which node you spawn in and youd need linked nodes to be able to capture(like in unreal tournament) em if u loose ur bases 2 main nodes the mid one will be lost etc..
marauders should loose about 6 or 7 hp cuz whenever i het em with my cannons they are left with 4 hp and the marines steal em nasty buggers
the hellion needs a bit more hp/shields early on its WAY to squishy
you should get cake if you win

Bonus points if someone is spawn camping.
Yeah, been working on the revive trigger. There's now a nice timer bar (not yet uploaded) and the camera pans to where you respawn.
You'll always spawn at the closest node though!
How bad is spawn camping? I was tempted to add a 5 second invis/invul after you spawn.

So... its like Battle Tanks ? From the gameplay.

So when are you putting it on the US servers?
Hey, Ill gladly publish this for you on the AU servers if needed. Just PM me.

I would love to see this uploaded to SEA!
If possible I would love to help

On a gameplay topic, the mysterious mid-air-non-despawning drop pod bug appears to not want to be fixed. My apologies.

Oh yay I loved Battletanks/ships, I'll check this out soon.
Haven't played it, but judging by the video I see you don't have a level system, would be pretty cool to add that :P
