I would like to introduce you to a game concept that I have not seen previously. Today I got an idea for a game, which I demonstrate in a short proof-of-concept video. Note that the gameplay is nowhere near where I would like it to be, I just want to hear your thoughts on what's currently in place.
Everything is controlled by mouse. Color changes with left click, shape with right click. Supports 4 players.
Things are getting quite hectic as the game goes on.
Very interesting concept. It seems simple and yet very fun.
I agree with "abvdzh", you should definately try to make this a standalone as it could have a lot of potential.
Probably not so much potential cuz imo game is already good as it is. And you can just give it a shot in playmarket. The implementation seems fairly simple, even for me, and i am non-programmer. Wrote just one programm by myself in java long time ago - ship placement algorithm for sea battle :) (rly noob). so grab AndEngine and make this happen ;)
I do not have as much experience with game development as I'd like to either, but a game like this should be doable. I do however intend to finish the project in Stacraft II first.
Here's an uncut video showing today's progress. I polished game algorithms and started working on the user interface (end screen in particular - skip to 1:30). SoundFX are still to be done.
I hope to have a public version available this weekend.

Let me know what you think!

Looks very original and simplistic but fun. I look forward to future updates.
Make this for android and get rich.

That could certainly be an option if this happens to get support.

What's more rewarding than getting better at something? - When it shows.
