The two doors in front of each other is where you're supposed to go. The one on the bottom is in fact, useless, but if you go inside the top one and go straight left, there will be another door you can enter. It's very hard to miss it!

I destroyed all the 4 gates and lost 2 marine and 1 viking by an undetected zerg ranged/AoE unit, and you know what ? I am Stucked! Once again! I am for sure mega retarded, but i checked all the fucking doors, every shitty wall and what the fuck no Door opens, i even checked the door sub the zerg arena, that magically had some enemy respawned, i cleared it by throwing greandes at the wall, and the door that is on the north of the room doesn't open itself! This mission starts to piss me off, between gargantuan loading times, editor (it happens only with your maps sometimes) that with mission 9 crashes after some time and some magic freeze that fucks up some super easy combat... I wasted like 45 minutes ONLY on loading, fortunally i was watching youtube while the fucking map was loading... For now great terraining and nice story... And i am 95% sure that the bio-weapons are Hybrids... Kappa.
I assume you're referring to the Malrick's Zerg lab? And, you lost 1 viking?
The key is to find a card key to unlock a door. If I remember correctly, it is the card key to sector 5. After you've destroyed all of the gate controls, the card key will appear inside the last holding pen you destroyed. StealthToast also had issues finding it, and I may actually try to make it more visible.
It's a huge puzzle map. You need to look around and find your next target, without the help of pings or anything of that sorts. I'm sorry to know that you're having this much trouble, though. :/
BTW, I often have very long loading times on my maps too. I think it's because of the detailed terrain combined with incredibly large maps (which is of course unavoidable given how many parts each map has) I would argue that it's best to not open anything else when you open the maps, as that will increase the load timer by a huge margin.
StarCraft II: Annihilation Campaign - A 24 mission single-player campaign featuring unique heroes, custom tracks, boss battles, a varied set of mission scenarios and three intersecting storylines.
Mission 9 "Bio-Weapons" & 10 "Newfound Enemies" of the Annihilation Campaign, updated as of April 4th.
Notable differences in A09 include:
Minor bugs fixed.
Tons of grammatical errors fixed.
The final boss is now more exciting and has increased difficulty.
Made Card Keys appear more easier to find on the minimap.
Notable differences in A10 include:
Added a few puzzles in the first section to make gameplay more interesting.
Reduced the amount of times needed to travel back and forth between each platform.
Added pings whenever a door opens to better indicate where you're supposed to go. This should hopefully reduce the length of that section entirely, too.
Reduced the difficulty during the holdout section.

EDIT: D'oh, just saw the update after posting! Some of my comments are probably invalid now.
Thanks for clarifying the story bits! I forgot some things, but I suppose it'll make more sense when I play the campaign as a whole once it's complete. :)
Just finished Mission 09, the boss fight was quite nice, really liked those obelisk lightning effects! Though the progress bars felt a little tiny, maybe increase their width a little bit? Also, the music and mouse bugs didn't happen this time around.
Only things I'd like to note are that Malrick has no animation while he's sniping (he just idles) and that after Reeves comments on the bridge needing to be extended, the Hellions that came out of the locked gate caught up to my group before the camera could unlock. Of course, considering my luck, the Hellions fried my last living Medic. :P
Mission 10 was pretty good in-overall, really liked the terrain and how the story unraveled, looks serious business is about to go down from now on!
The "go back and forth" concept has potential but it got a little tedius after a while. Perhaps a beacon should open multiple doors (so that there's less beacons). I was also thinking if there would be only one dropship, and you could instead choose your destination? That'd save up a lot of time running from dropship to dropship. Maybe also have a button that allows you to travel instead of it being automatic, so that you can leave from a docking bay instantly if you're at the wrong one, instead of having to move away and back to the ship again.
The second phase of the map was quite brutal (those guardians...*shiver*) but I really liked it because of that. Nice to see someone finally give you some form of healing in a Protoss holdout mission!
Notes:
Bug: Mothership can be made from a Nexus but Probes can't warp in Fleet Beacons
Typo: "Another generator is desatroyed, only one remain", should be "remains"
Typo: Near the end, "have taken us this far", should be "has"
Typo: Again near the end, "we'll should be good", either remove "will" or "should"
Dropship 2 (middle one) seems to jitter a bit before landing, moving left & right rapidly
Would be nice to have a message "a door has opened somewhere else" when you step on a beacon, or having a help hint tell you "beacons may open doors in other areas" - I was a little confused at first.
A Marine and Marauder were stuck behind a generator next to the last beacon of area 1 in the first phase
Dunno if it's just me, but the scaled up executor looked a little silly :P The scaling up also looked a little choppy, may I suggest using the "Set Scale" actor message with some blend-in time?
I've already Found the key before writing that post... And I lost 1 marauder, I got no Vikings... Maybe one day I will be able to finish the mission, is more annoying of that Aureolin Eclipse where you have to save the APCs
I am on a room with Two regeneration stations, some zerg popped out the. The doors closed themselves and nothing more happened, leaving me stucked once again

Good job finding and reporting all of these. I actually didn't know there was such actor message that could make it look more smooth. I'll have to go implement, as I agree it looks goofy as well.

Honestly, judging from all your previous posts it seems like the version you played were bugged to all hell, but seeing this comment in particular confirms it. There are triggers that are supposed to run after the doors lock. I don't know what happened when you downloaded, but I have no solution for this. This is just not meant to happen, and it works fine for everyone else. Did you play using the new version or the very first one I uploaded? You might want to try out the latest version. I'm sorry that this is happening to you.

Believe it or not ... But the new version of map 9 started with 2 rewees, no difficulty setting, no intro cutscene and wrong camera position! Is my client cursed?
Seems like your client might be cursed lol. Holy crap.
I don't even wanna ask you what you have tried to do, because I literally have no idea how to fix this :0

I also tested again, and no triggers works, no doors opens and as alwais with map 9, the editor crashes and makes me lag so i have to close it after the map is opened and running... I just did a mega check of my notebook with NOD and AVG,maybe the 733 problems found by AVG were corrupting the files... I will try again... Let's hope it works, i really want to rip Malrick's skull out of his neck, like Mortal Kombat X
Still the same bugs, i don't know if it happens only to me, maybe my mod is corrupted, i noticed that my computer told me that it wasn't sure if he can "decrypt" the "annihilation 9-10" folder, so i extracted both maps directly into the map folder.
I will not test anymore annihilation campaign until i manage to play mission 9, i hate to play incomplete stories

Did you open the trigger module upon loading the map? Was there anything in there? How about on the map itself, in terms of regions and points etc.
This is the strangest issue I have ever heard someone come across.
Clearly everybody else had no issue at all playing the map, as they've all provided their feedback for both missions, and none mentioned any bug that seemed anything close to what you're facing right now.
There is no actual mod for the campaign. Downloading the maps the way you used to should work just fine. Have you tried opening another custom map (preferably a campaign mission) to see if you are facing more of these issues? There appears to be some weird bug that screws everything over on your computer, though it's all speculation. I honestly can't know for sure.

I find it interesting that there are as much as four terrans on the player side. Why four, and not two or one? Hmm, something is clearly going to happen there!
Incredible but true! Map 10 appears with only the brown terrain textures, otherwise is 100% empty... Maybe is my editor the problem or something corrupts the downloads
