I feel like crap right now and I have no way to get out of feeling like this. My driver's ed teacher today was a fat troll that I didn't get along with. It's been pouring rain all day so I'm trapped inside. I can't play any games because I'm not a good gamer. When I'm frustrated I can't even try to map because it just doesn't work out. I also have dreams that won't ever happen. Why can't some high-tech invention or something just come along and make my life interesting? I can't make it interesting. I even fail at driving and now gaming. I have nothing left. Have you ever felt like this and what do you do to snap out of it?
Request a hot female driving instructor, gotta work ;)
Mine was an asshole too, switched, started driving like a boss.
Try reading some A Song Of Ice And Fire or get better at games. Or just sit there, hear music and watch the rain pour down, I do that a lot to chill out.
Try reading. Get the epub reader addon for firefox and google "Christopher Moore epub download" and pick a random book. ("Blood Sucking Fiends", "Fool", "Lamb" and "A Dirty Job" are probably my favourites. Dont read "You Suck" or "Bite Me" first, since those are continuations of Blood Sucking Fiends. Lamb has Jesus as the main character, so if you get easily offended by having him and religion made fun of, don't read that), or just buy them at a bookstore (It's worth it)
Also, contents of those books can be inappropriate at times (Lots of creative swearing and some intercourse once or twice per book), but they are absolutely hilarious!
If you dont want books that are "inappropriate", try the "Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy" trilogy in five parts, probably the best books ever written.
I've heard of the movie, never read the book. I'm not too much of a reader but I sometimes enjoy it if I like what I'm reading. One book that surprised me how good it was had zeppelins, pirates, treasure, and a little romance in it. If you have time, you seriously should read "Airborn" or "Skybreaker" by Kenneth Oppel. Have you heard of him before and is he generally any good? Here is actually a website so he must be a little famous.
You're not alone. I'm sure I've felt that way too at some point of my life.
You could try pick up an instrument, or listen to some music. I personally find music calms me down immensely. I can sort of relate to the suck at gaming part.. I generally suck at most games I play because I can't seem to take them seriously. My main motivation to play is just to kill time and have fun. So if it's not fun, I just stop. For this reason I can't stand elitists, from my perspective, they take the game too seriously. But from theirs, I'm not making any effort to improve.
These days I find joy in trying and learning new things. I used to be a real closed book, always huddling in my comfort zone. But I now try to keep an open mind and be more adventurous. You'll never know where your adventures might take you and you may even find something you really enjoy doing.
Whatever happens, don't give up. I'm a firm believer that everyone in this world will at least be good at something. It's usually something that you genuinely have a passion for/enjoy doing. You just need to find out what that something is.
it is merely human nature. People like living in a little ecological rut that they have created. When removed and put under a stress situation they of course feel uncomfortable. Although you eventually become desensitized to it.

Have you ever felt like this and what do you do to snap out of it?
Yup. Currently my family, relatives, girlfriend and most of my friends live in Veracruz, which has become pretty much a warzone between the Army and a few Drug Cartels. Back in 2008 shootings were occasional (but no less tragic), but as time has passed, their frequency has incremented to the point there can be up to more than one shooting per day, at any fucking time and any fucking place. This is not counting robbery, express kidnappings, deliberate car crashes, along other bullshit.
Every single day I phone my parents and my girlfriend to see if they are okay because I keep reading about incidents on facebook and twitter. I have wanted to bring them all here to Queretaro, which is way safer, and I can't neither convince them, nor I can't financially support them all, leaving me hopeless. It is indeed frustrating how little I can do about it, other than just cross my fingers and pray that none of my close people are hurt.
