I recently spent a couple of days at the GF's. Love cooking together with her, it's always fun to do. We made simple spaghetti, Turkish dürüm (wrap with chicken, paprika, onion and apple) and potatoes with chicken over the course of three days, in that order.
Place 400g of Twirl Pasta into Boiling Salted Water.
Put 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil into a pan, with Onions. Cook the onions until golden brown and add the Mince. Cook the mince Thouroughly until the mince is a Brownish color. Add the Tomato Soup, and stir until its mixed together. Add 250g of the Shredded Cheese, mix until its all Melted. Add the Pasta into the Pan and Mix it all together. Place contents of the Pan into an Oven tray, and cover with 250g of Shredded Cheese. Place in the oven at 200c for 45 Minutes.
Leave to Cool for 5 minutes, Serve with Chips or Alone. Enjoy :D

We try to avoid using the oven as much as possible during the summer, but stir fry is a frequent recipe of mine. Tasty and healthy is always good.
