To clarify, I have a door that's a unit. When you command your Marine to go through the door, if there are any other ways to get there, it would do so rather than going straight at the door. So an opening opposite of the door would cause you to head to that opening. This ruins the experience of my game since Marines have unintentionally turned around and get themselves killed by the "Cat" when the door of the opposite side opens.
How can I make the Marines disregard a unit's footprint or collision as to prevent these mishaps?
Thanks.

I've been curious about this myself. I don't see how the air version could work, and the morph thing works but if the door is closed and only opens when you approach it (aka that's when it morphs) than you're still kind of stuck.

see supply depo... its 2 units that get morphed between

Yeah, but it would require transformation, right?
I'm talking of making the Move command disregard that the door has a ground pathing.

not possible
Change the unit to air?
I had the same problem in my td to allow people to build under waves. The only solution I found is to use 2 units.

I'm not sure if that could cause bugs, but it does sound like a good solution.

i still recomend duplicating the door, removing the footprint and just using triggers to swap them out as needed

I'm sure there is a better way around this.
