I've read no, but it's SC2, so we have an older map editor to create a basic map and a MPQ editor to add the LotV dependency to the map. That's what the people posting the information did, too.
Has anyone tried to import some LotV models? I've tried but they do not seem to be compatible with the actual editor. I've tried to import it to 3DSMax but I get and error, so I don't really know if it's possible. That Cyclone/Disruptor models have to be mine!!
EDIT: The HERC still in the editor as a model. I think I've seen it.
The data list shows the HERC's still there, yes, just not being a unit anymore. More like the Siege Driller Tank, Super Crane and New Folson turret models in WoL.
TaylorMouse's importer can handle Storm models, and therefore should handle LotV ones. So, if you somehow have the m3 models, use that thing to get them to max, and then just export with Art Tools.
Anybody managed to extract music, textures (and icons) and text files from the campaign? Somebody also mentioned that a few campaign unit models were in there, as well. I even remember that the HotS beta had a list of campaign units in its language files.
Hey guys. Some people have even datamined some of the MP stuff from it so far. Here are some links:

Only question:
Editor, yes or no?
Dunno, haven't downloaded it yet.
i'm not sure i made everything correctly but after few minutes i have new LotV directory and there are no editor in it.

Yeah, technically, you can create a void mod with that in 1 day. But it almost sure to be get banned in the 2nd day if you upload them~
Better to keep them locally to dig the data from them.
the absence of editor in this pre-release is terribad
Duplicated post...
Installed.
It is confirmed that the void editor shares the same improvements as the heroes one.
Wondering if that means you can directly load heroes models in the void.
sounds legit.
I just want to spoil myselft. I've got the client but... HOW CAN I PLAY IT?

Awesome! I hope someday there'll be some sort of compatibility between Heroes and LotV. Have you tried loading Heroes assets in the new editor?
I know this shouldn't upset me since it's just the beta but there is no portrait for the Adept. Just the unit model...
I'm a sad panda now.
Well with heroes of the storm i was one of the last ones to get a key, I suspect I'll be getting a key 3 months after the LotV BETA is out. :-(

There is no editor in the beta client (at least for now). It's just you can figure out editor features via the data xml/txts/exe

Could anyone please make a close screenshot of that new model, that looks like upgraded photon cannon?
