Just a quick question regarding the camera displacement.. When i scroll out (away from the map) the sound effects dissapear, is there a way to fix that? so nomatter how far out you zoom you still have the same sound effects as you would normally?
I believe one of the two sets of gameplay constants (thats what they were in wc3) has settings on how far away sound can be heard. Not sure which it was or what they are called however. Its one of the data editor tabs.
I believe the sound rolloff fields in the sound object (within the data editor) govern how far away a sound can be heard in relation to the camera's properties.
You need to go in and edit the sound files directly under the "sounds" tab. Set the sound setting you want to hear at a far away distance to 2D rather than 3D. This makes it so your apparent "distance" from the sound emitter isn't considered when creating it's loudness or existence at all.

That, or instead of changing Camera Distance you could change Camera Field of View, which does not affect sounds.

@Chanito91: Go
If you still haven't figured it out, try this:
