In my map I have a portrait appear on screen like in the campaign to give information to the players. However I can't figure out how to make their lips move. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
As far as I know this makes their heads move, but their lips will stay closed. I think it requires some complicated work in the cinematic editor, but I don't think anyone has ever done it. It would be nice if Blizzard added some standard animation where the lips just move and fake speech, like in WC3.

When you use the action to create the portrait, set the animation to 'Talk'.
