Is it possible to change the alignment/position of the Hero UI(The icon+health bar on the right of the screen)? I've tried searching the Game UI tab in the Data Editor but i can't find anything. I'm pretty sure you SHOULD be able to adjust it. =/
Err no i don't think so. I'm pretty good with triggers too but i don't remember seeing anything that changes the position for the Hero UI. Care to enlighten me if you do?
Erm no because the Hero Icon will automatically pop-up if my unit is a hero. Why make another one when there's one already there? The only reason why i want to change it's position is coz it's conflicting with the position of my unit's inventory.
I think you can move around the UI via triggers but its stuff like the map, the command card, etc...Maybe the buttons to, but I dont know for sure. Look through the triggers for something like that.

Simple answer would be to move your Inventory, or turn off the "hero" status on the unit.
"erm u can click blargh and it pops up" can easily be done with triggers too. it would take like 10 minute to replicate that thing if u knew where all the images were
sum trigger guy u are.
If its because of conflictions and ur too lazy to make ur own then just do what SouLCarveRR says.
And i can even update to 1.2 because of some problems.
You can pretty much edit the UI elements through the xml files. I have fiddled before with it and it works, but I forgot the specific files that need to be modified. Lemme check that and I will get back to you with the specifics.

The Magic word is TRIGGARS
at least thats what i wud do seeing as i have almost 0 knowledge in the data editor.
Triggers i think are pretty much used for everything to do with the UI.

Didnt we get "UI templates" that we can adjust the location of all the screen components now, in the latest patch?
Pretty sure these "UI templates" are xml based.

Urgh. Nvm.
Soul: The unit needs to be a hero. And i'm trying to avoid having the inventory on the left. Guess i have no choice.
EDIT: It's alright, i'll just remove the Hero UI entirely via the Show/Hide UI Frame trigger.
