I use the Super Warp Gate ability as a way to spawn Zerglings anywhere on the map. When I try to warp in burrowed zerglings the model does not show up in the game. Only a black & white sphere and an error message appears.
The Super Warpgate warp-in is considered a "construction" and not a "train" ability.
The UnitBirth actor event only seems to apply when the "construction" of the unit is complete.
Adding this to the Zergling actor (or your burrowed unit actor, the Zergling shares 1 actor for both forms) will fix it:
UnitConstruction.>BurrowedUnitName<.Start
Create
I added this to the zergling and when it warps in it is burrowed. When I unburrow a red error message appears: "Units persisting in the same unit scope." and it looks like two zerglings are in each other, with 8 legs, two heads and so.
Hm, now everything is really messed up with the actor.
What I try to archieve:
When I warp in a zergling via the warp gate - train ability the zergling is warped in as a burrowed unit. When I unburrow the unit it will look as a normal zergling and can burrow and unburrow more times.
So what is wrong if you try and warp in burrowed ones? Did you give them the warpable ability?
Yep, they are warpable. When I warp in burrowed zerglings they come as burrowed units. (Which is good!)
But when I unburrow they look like two zerglings in the same model. I try to destroy actor, I try to switch between actors, but obviously I am doing something wrong. Because the zergling model either disappears totally when I unburrow, or other odd things happen. T_T

How can I do to warp in burrowed units?
Anyone knows?
@Kabelkorven: Go
Are you trying to apply the Warp In animation as opposed to just making them appear? (it seems odd to warp in an already-burrowed unit in that sense)
Any reason you wouldn't want to just create them using a "Create Unit at Point" trigger action?

Anyone knows how to solve this?
Try making the actor destroy itself when the zergling unburrows (Abil.(Unburrow Zergling, or whatever its called).Finish -> Destroy)
Now the whole Zergling actor gets destroyed. The zergling becomes insivible in game once I unburrow.
Any other ways?
zerlings morph between two units when burrowing/unburrowing. You destroy the actor of the one unit and create the actor of the other.

More suggestions of how to make this possible?

Must be some conflict with the create events or you need to add a cap term.
