So I want the merc compound to train only one unit at a time instead of two. What controls this?
I have tried to remove units at the info unit box but it still produces two units at a time.
Custom Campaign initiative StarCraft: Pandora , StarCraft: Replicant
Look at the Queue type ability used especially the Stats: Queue Count field.

Checked that out. It says one. The merc compound uses the same queue as the barracks. I wonder if the problem is in the behaviors.
Behaviours can adjust the queue count.

Are you using a custom mod file for your data? If so, its possible you are experiencing the double mod load problem like me.
If you are not using a custom mod, disregard this as possible root cause.
