I thought this wasn't modifiable (never played a map with it modified) but it seems it is, since when you add campaign dependencies, the campaign units enter the unit lists.

Pretty simple question, though maybe no one has bothered trying it: are you able to modify everything there? I'm making an altered melee map, so I would love to edit the protoss/zerg tech trees and remove the terran one. Looked around the data editor, but no idea how to do it (I'm sure there must be there, somewhere, I must just be blind).

Help is welcomed :).

All I know is that in the units data there is catogory ''Tech Tree'', changing that will change the things in the help menu.

Ok, worked for "Race Units", but I can't modify "Race Technology". Is there any way, or are those permanent and non-modifiable?

Also, any idea on how to edit the display order for the "Race Units"?

There should be a priority field for this in the unit settings.
