look at the campaign ver of the siege tank weapon.... it does a different amount of splash damage to your units than the enemy by using too different search effects.... you can use the same thing to do what you want.... make one search have the filter of just you and exclude buildings but in the filter for enemy don't exclude it.
yes you can do that.... you just have to set up a boolean with an array of 10 (assuming you have 10 heroes)
when a hero is picked set that hero number to true. when picking a random hero pick a random number 1-10 then check if the random number boolean is set to true already if so then you need to tell it to repick a random number and try again.... if not then set the boolean to true so the next random hero wont pick the same one.... if you need more help I can walk you thur it on skype..... I just published to all the regions and it went perfect til I got to the NA server..... After 10 tries later it finally published! and now people can't DL it on the NA side.... it stalls every time people try and DL it. Tested it on the other servers and people can join just fine.
You could make the mine ability add a behavior when you drop off the resources to the Warehouse. Then make another unit be able to take the resources out based on how many behaviors that warehouse has on it. You could add a max if you want to.
A buddy of mine is working on a map and he wanted to do all Dark Protoss..... I figured I would share the work I did for him with everyone else as well.

Blizzard was unaware of this issue til yesterday. They are now looking into the issue! I will let everyone know if I find anything else out.........

you need to change the transparent image. when you open it in PS it wont be transparent.....
