There is no section where such a topic would go on, so I apologize if you feel that this is not suitable for this thread. I prepared a new patch for my game, tested it, and I published it all successfully, but for some reason nobody can download the map past 7-15% (1/2 components downloaded). Does anybody know how to fix this?
I recently edited locales to prevent buttons from having "Param/Value..." instead of the actual text, may this be the problem?
Try removing the dependency temporarily to see if it gets past downloading. It is useful to know if it is the map getting stuck or the dependent mod. Try updating both as it is possible that one of them is somehow corrupt.
I have not encountered this before, but some people seem to randomly re-name their maps and mods from time to time so maybe that is the solution.
It could also just be BattleNet. You must recall that World of Warcraft has just released an expansion pack so it is possible that the traffic is spilling over to other games.
I just published to all the regions and it went perfect til I got to the NA server..... After 10 tries later it finally published! and now people can't DL it on the NA side.... it stalls every time people try and DL it. Tested it on the other servers and people can join just fine.

We can only hope this is a transient issue. I tried with a map maker to find any possible cause for this other than BattleNet to no avail. Any immediately published material appears to be unable to be downloaded.
People in all Blizzard games on US servers are complaining of performance being inconsistent and some services failing from time to time. As such the only conclusion I can draw is that any map upload/download issues in the near future are the result of the World of Warcraft expansion going live generating abnormal amounts of traffic. It should hopefully calm down in a day or so but this will hinder the ability to update and play maps until then.
It is a Blizzard issue, their servers melted due to the overwhelming return of players of Warlords of Dreanor. They are aware of the issue and are working on it.
They run some kind of scan on published maps after they are uploaded before they can be downloaded. Currently that service is disrupted.
Yesterday it took 2 hours before people could download a map I published. Before then it would hang at some random percentage. As such the only solution is to be patient as each time you re-upload it will take another few hours before it can be downloaded.

Re-upload the map. It is possible some error occurred due to traffic at the time resulting in it failing to ever be processed (if that is possible lol). I can assure you that maps will be downloadable eventually as I had no issue updating Undead Assault 3 2015 a few days ago.

People are still unable to play my arcade game, may this be an issue with Blizzard or my game?

Any idea on when this will be over? This caused the unfortunate demise of my game...
