It's looking like the contest will last 2-3 months now, instead of 1. Since this is the first one we are doing, we want everyone, including procrastinators, to have plenty of time, and give adequate time to any latecomers who happen to not hear about the contest right away.
You didn't do anything wrong. It's just difficult to get feedback on multiplayer maps around here.
First I would recommend putting the maps on multiple servers if you can. There were two separate versions as well, Dead Zone Remastered (4 players) and Dead Zone Co-op (2 players). Is one supposed to be the main game? It's a little confusing to have 2 separate but similar games with the same name. Also, it looks like you are making another game with the same name, but where you only control a single character? Again, the multiple games with the same name is confusing, at least to me.
Just playing a few minutes solo, I think you did a great job with the presentation. It's similar enough to SC2 that players should be able to pick it up quickly but with enough twists to make it exciting. I would definitely love to give it another try with more people sometime.
Is it only this map that doesn't work? If so, I didn't do anything special with this particular map. These maps have also been updated since Jayborino and I played them, so I don't know if that is an issue or not.
Have you tried playing the map through the editor?
Even if you could, probably not the best idea since most people playing your map will have the latest patch, so it would still be messed up on the user's end.
Looking forward to playing it but I may try to hold off and see if Blizzard fixes the camera issue. Your cinematics are too good to not watch correctly.
Played M5 last night. The grammar is improved significantly and the overall feel of the mission is fantastic. Like TChosenOne mentioned it seemed a bit easier than the previous missions. Also the "It's their purpose" Alarak line is perfect.
If you don't own either LotV or the Nova DLC and can play your own maps fine, then everyone else should too. Don't not include assets because there's something wrong with one person's installation. If many people are having problems, then there is something wrong, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
This topic has been discussed before, but basically there are many reasons why people don't leave feedback. I think it's better to try to think why people would want to leave constructive feedback.
The player needs to have fun playing the map. People that finish a campaign or map are more likely to leave feedback.
There shouldn't be any obvious game breaking bugs in your map. Why should people leave feedback if you haven't taken the time yourself to test your own map?
They need some sort of connection to the map, whether it be emotional, nostalgia, or something else. Something like Enslavers Redux has gotten a significant amount of feedback. This is likely due to the fact that it is probably well-made (I've only played the first mission so I don't have much to go off of) and that it is a reboot of a campaign that many SC fans have played before. Mass Recall is the prime example of a nostalgia campaign. Something like Perfect Soldiers has gotten quite a bit of feedback as well, which probably has a lot to due with a story that makes the player care about the character.
I think it helps if someone sees their feedback directly impacting future updates. I always like when author's post detailed patch notes. What changed since I played this map? Is it enough to make me want to play it again?
Authors reply directly to constructive feedback. If you post feedback and never get a response, people are less likely to do it again.
Trying to get feedback is not really something you should over-analyze though. It really just comes down to the fact that people in general are lazy.

Awesome job with the latest map! Some of the best boss fights I have seen. I split my video into 2 parts, with the first one out on Jan 16.

Does it really matter if you have some orange flame next your name? There are much bigger problems that need to be fixed on this website.

Looking forward to having 2 missions in a row to play!

Screenshots look good! Make sure you post it to the bnet forums when you're ready.

I've also witnessed the vanishing PM post. It was in English.
