Working on making a map you can fistpump about. It's quasi-melee, and it will probably come out with HOTS since it's using a mod I'm working on that is also HOTS dependent, but I can still work the terrain.
Actually, Mozared, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPEN HERE. I was making a beautiful but standard bridge, and then I decided to do some other stuff, and it was getting late, and I placed a shitty national monument sign that actually wants you to hunt down a Korean, and then I decided it was a lost cause. I edited it, even though it looks horrible now and I don't want to share pics.
Ok. Obviously this is not finished (because of MATH MATH MATH) but here is a nice post-apocalyptic map based off of Terry Brooks' novel Armageddon's Children.
First series of pictures- a good chunk of the last of humanity (8-12/7000) desperately tries to defend themselves against the once-men and their demon masters.
Second series of pictures- another good chunk is supposedly safe within the walls of Seneca Fields Compound, and they noncombatants gather together to hear an inspiring speech (probably five minutes before they die).
Last picture- because the rich compound people have technology that can purify and gather water.
EDIT: actually, it's not even polished, as you can see. Some of the once-men are facing away from the compound, and the terrain is pretty basic.
Hm, watched the vid again, because I suddenly got obsessed, and I noticed in the scene with Tethys and the river that there are some dead-looking aquatic shells. I don't know, maybe they could be some sort of thing that a death titan would interact with?
Time titan probably wouldn't have its own things like rock pillars, instead interacting with the effects of other's spells.
Hm, mr. SouLCarveRR did point out the fact that you didn't have a lot of heroes. How about a nature-themed titan/ess? Let's see... browsing for a good name... Rhea (actual titan name) or possibly Agrius or Amphictyonis?

Whoops, forgot temple arches.

And they can be walked on.

Since Bel'Shir is probably the best terrain (excluding Cyrogen and Gehenna) released so far, I made a bridge for it.
Behold... Giant's Walkway, National Monument!
WAIT WAIT WAIT... TREE TRUNKS!!1! Where where where are they!?

Thanks, but I'm in Oregon now and away from any keyboard that does SC2. Will try later, obviously.

I have a concern: on low graphics, how will players be able to see the fog/clouds that the Sovereign of the Storm uses?

Mmmm... nobody uses the SC on this computer, so I'm waiting for it to do patch 1.5. I'll post a picture ASAP.

Maybe have like an entangling roots-like spell and rely upon local plants?
Also, maybe there should be a death-themed titan named something like Nephelus and relying upon corpses of fallen creeps/mobs.
Or, a time-themed titan with some anti-spellcasting abilities.

Well, at least WC/WoW have good ideas for data and models. And yes, Scrin, there are Diablo terrains here.

Oh god, lore writing? Please please please let me in. I'll polish your shoes for a year if I have to.
