hey guyz , ive been working hard on this new map and its nearly finished
i think it should be a fun map that Combines the best of TD , Tug Of War and team strategy
now i was wondering if threes anything i can do to have some one from this site review it and maybe advertise it when its done ,
if its deemed worthy of being advertised ;)
I plan on having Vids of it on Youtube soon, but would like some feed back from the pros as well ;)
How would i go about to get u guys to do this ;) , thanx
go to the main Seting of the units ( where u select weapon and such )
go to Stats mouvement , need to set movement radius and inner radious to 0 , this will alow units to mouve trough each other but not buildings.
so basicly what im trying to do is spawn units ( kinda like a thug of war ) , what i need is for the units to spawn to be NUTRAL , so u cant select them and control them .
And also i have every player make a building that creats the untis <sub> then what i want is for them to be able to release thes units as a TEAM from a single nutral building .</sub>
so bassicly : a command center with 9 units , but both player can release from it. is that possible.
- i need a trigger that makes the a Viking unit <sub>, go from flight mode to walk mode every 5 squares he walks or flys</sub>
- i need a triger for a Transport unit , that auto pics up any units in range , then unloads them befor death. ( at a certin % of life )
- i need a trigger on a Building that when u build it, all ur air untis most fly over it befor continuing (to change fight path)
and make it so you can only have 1 per Player
- i need a triger for a Building that allows ur unit through but not the enemy
i also need a phew other trigers that are a little more complicated , i would need to show u.
could i get refered to a GOOD aura Tutorial?? every 1 that i find never end up working , and a bunch of people leave comments saying ti doesnt work and there is no updates on them..
so if u know a good WORKIGN Aura Tutorial pls let me know , thanx :) id love a video but a writin tutorial is good too ( just longer ), thanx :)

ok so basicly i have a building that Spawns unit to an other building every 5 Sec , the bottun counts goes up by 1 for every unit created
when i release the units the count stays at the Number it was <sub> it does not reset , any solutions? </sub>
exp , i creat 5 units , ( it shows 5 ) when i release all 5 units it still says 5.

make a diffrent stuctures for each Type of units insted of havign diffrent command cards int he same building.
only fix i know off , its what i did
i have a structure for Psionic , bio and mech and each units are int eh first page of the command card , like any regular Tug game.

cant u just take an Existing Projectile , switch the actors for a fire ball , then ad a Knoc back effect/behaviour??

you you be better off seting the cost in the data editor. alot less work

maybe , but alot easyer to do them with trigers + i have other more complex triggers that needed to be done

weired. i dunno :S u made sure to change evant in actors , and to add missing actors??

id sugest watching the Tutorial from ONETWO on youtubecall: ``Advance tower Defence`` , part 4-or 5 shows u how to make an upgradable tower that works
just go over it see if u forgot something

Can an Aura be USed with an Abillity example , give an AURA that does MindControl???
I have a unit that does mind control <sub>, </sub>
could i make it so any units that walk into the aura range gets MC and switches teams???
