Exactly like the title, I'm looking for a team to do data editor work for. I know very little about the data editor, I mainly just know about unit stat editing. Happy to learn to be able to do anything. I don't mind doing grunt work as long as I'm learning.I have a ton of experience in triggers, and trying to learn all the natives for galaxy. Hoping to be able to code entirely in galaxy, and know the data editor inside and out soon :).
I would like to start getting better at making abilities. So I figured why not get some clarification on some things :). I was wondering if it's possible to pause a unit through a spell, and unpause it. Also if there was anyway to change a unit's RGB values, pause its animation, and be able to order it. Lastly, if I am able to combine all this stuff in one spell. I hope it's possible and if it is, do you think you could teach me :)?
Any help would be appreciated, the more specific the better.

Do you think you could make the Black and Red Protoss cursor into a Black and Orange cursor?
Also please could you make an animated busy Black and Orange cursor.
Lastly, an orange Hyperlink, orange resize, and orange Ibeam :)?
I know that's sort of a lot to ask for, but would love to have the whole Black Orange Protoss set :).

I believe all you have to do is set the variations to 1. I did this in my map, and I'm pretty sure that's all I did. I think variations is under the Model of the Dark Templar. If you still can't find it, I will go back and look to see exactly what I did. Hope this helps :).
I was doing some testing with this so I wanted to raise the height and size of it. I was able to do this by creating two ActorCreation Events. I put Height in one and did the size is another. I also changed the model to the immortal shield. It worked perfectly when I stood still, but when I move and casted the spell the height was always on 0. Any idea how to fix that?
I say the whole popularity system should be inversed. Give those popular maps a taste of their own medicine :). Make maps with 0 popularity show up first, and if people really want to play certain popular games they can scroll down.
I know it would be just the same as now, was a joke.
But why not just remove popularity since its a huge problem. That way there would be no competition.
Option A: Add a search function, have 5 maps featured, the rest in random order. Sort of like Warcraft 3, just with featured maps. Premium maps could be decided by like feedback from players.
Option B: Instead of a crappy popularity system have Blizzard hire a staff to sit through and watch games. Have them make notes and decide which map is popular. I know this will result in crappy biased blizzard opinions, but either way blizzard will try to steal your game if they think it will be a popular idea.
The attack impact sounds started to work, but when I did it for my duplicated Zealots it stopped working in general. Hm this is strange.
Edit: So I changed all the duplicated units to have the normal stats that don't work with the Bogus. I gave my first Zealot the Psi Blades (Damage) for all those fields. Then I made a copy of it Psi Blades (Damage) Copy. Gave it to one of the duplicated unit. Only the impact sound works, but its better than none :).
Edit: Dang, I just did this to the rest of my units. Now it doesn't work :/. Hm.
Stopped working after I did it on the base unit and 2 copies of it.
I have the same problem, and it makes my map so quiet :( lol. Removing the bogus allowed it to work once, after that one test it never worked again lol.
