Yes, it works fine for 2-3 players, and each player can choose mode - TPS or RTS. It's not problem. You and your friend can play both in TPS mode, RTS mode or you in TPS and your friend in RTS.
If you don't want RPG mode just delte RPG Library from triggers, yes :D
I used Photoshop CS5 with painting over 3D model - it's very simple and fast. As example - retexture of this unit took 30 minutes of my time ))
Size of diffuse textures for all "meele" Terran units is not big, I don't know actual size, but it's not bigger then 10mb (if I will use Ultra size of textures - 256x256 and 512x512).
I want to create cooperative map for 3 players on this map with TPS and RPG modes - all is done and work perfectly, but I can't create normal team placement for players/computers - the Game Mode is bugged.
When I will solve this problem - I upload map to Euro BNet :D
PS: I tested map with my friend in Coop - this is cool :D:D:D
UPD: I try to use Localizer, but it only works with empty map with only TPS triggers - in the my map [Big Battle] many strings are has no name after using Localizer.

I trying to make a MOD or Library with this triggers or something what resolve the localization problems and will make work process with export/import more easy :D
2. Copy/paste properties of Default Camera from my map to your (if you want increase your FPS in TPS mode you need to change Camera parameter - Far Clip from 20000 to 100 or 50)

But i have a question about trigger - how to use complete Traceline in the trigger editor? I don't understand the parameters :)
I create Traceline in my trigger editor with this parameters:
Traceline
Camera Position: traceline_currentTargetPoint
Index 1: 1
Camera Height: 2.0
Player: 1
And in-game I have an error, when I click the mouse button on target unit:
Trigger Error in 'gt_MouseAimStart_Func': Could not get 'p' from parameter in 'PointWithOffsetPolar' (value: 65535)

Added new screens with low-res of the new texture (256x256). This is Ultra quality of the texture size in SC2.

I don't like original unit's textures in SC2 - it's like cartoons. This is example of the my variant of Marine's texture.
Texture size: 256x256 original SC2 Ultra and new - 512x512 (512kb)
Texture size: 256x256 original SC2 Ultra and new - 256x256 (128kb)
