Yes this is problem and one way to solve this problem in SC2 - cut visibility in TPS/FPS mode. And use small count of units in the map. I always try to find balance between this 2 parameters :D

...You can look at my new triggers in Outbreak FPS/TPS/RPG/RTS coop map. No problems with it :D I change camera parameters for each player. It's very simple.
