A) Newbie Friday not happening is probably miscommunication between me and Mephs. I suggested to cancel it if we swinged around some dates, but we ended up not changing anything. I assumed Mephs would simply host Newbie Friday anyway, but I'm assuming now that he simply thought we would cancel it completely.
B) Triggering Thursday is cool, but it's going to be hosted by Deaththorn starting next week, so you'd need to make some name modifications there.
-Overlays. Big full screen ones for every day except Terraining Tuesday, and small ones that can be used as watermarks, which should be themed according to the day and hold the name of the host (for example, something like TheAlmaity made here for Mephs' Data Monday, except it needs to be not as high).
-Any kind of tips on how to make the stream go more smoothly. Increasing FPS, quality, sound volume... getting the overlays to work smoothly, stuff like that.
-Perhaps some kind of app to easily calculate timezone differences. Something that allows people to compare their timezone to the timezone of Mephs (GMT-7), me (GMT+1) or Deathtorn (GMT-3) to figure out at what time a show will start for them.
-Interesting people to join TheAlmaity on me for the podcasts we plan to hold on Sunday. We'll get one different guest each week, but I'm sort of looking for a set third person who has editor experience and thinks he could be an interesting addition to discussions regarding mapmaking we'll have.
-For Mephs to realize the stream is called Sc2streamster instead of Sc2streamer.
-For me to figure out a way to Skype on-stream without the sound quality being of abominable level.
I reckon that's pretty much it, aside from us casters doing some 'improving' ourselves (for which I've already noted some stuff down).
Edit: I forgot one important one. We need a mod that is able to news the stream whenever Mephs or Deaththorn start casting, and preferably one who can also remove the newspost when the stream goes offline again. I can do it for terraining tuesdays and sunday's podcast, but with the US-EU time differences Mephs' cast times are so later for me that I often can't stick around to do the newsing.
Yes and yes, actually. For one, the VODs will be available on the stream for anyone who can't make the times we broadcast. On another note, TheAlmaity and me have been discussing an additional cast on sundays which will specifically be a podcast, where we get on Skype and invite mappers for interviews and talks on the editor and that sort of thing. Will get back to you about that, though.
If you're interested, could you toss me a small PM regarding how you would handle it and what credentials you've got? That said - yes, we have a path, but it depends on the area we're handling and situation. Currently we plan to do most noob content on friday. The other days we probably won't follow a 'path of progression' but rather focus on a specific area each time, with each area being of different difficulty. For example - one day Mephs might focus on creating a cinematic on triggerday, while on another he'll go into how to sort your coding in an efficient way.
Well, I'm not gonna set an alarm on it, but you can do the maths =P. We aim for 1 hour dailies with 45 min of content and 15 min of Q&A. Means that if we start at 10, Q&A should start around 10:45.
Note that I had a little talk with Mephs; all his shows will go up at 8 PM MST (Mountain Time = GMT-7), to add in some consistancy. This means all shows currently planned will go up at 8 PM MST, except my show on tuesday which will be 10 PM CET (GMT+1), which translates to 2 PM MST.

It'd help me out a lot if you could do that, Zelda - Deaththorn should start in one hour (and 10 minutes) from this post.
I haven't a clue? I'm not sure what Mephs is up to. He was online yesterday but didn't respond to my PM.
Fridays will probably be cancelled though, due to the respective map nights on both the EU and US servers on that day.
Did Mephs not cast? Odd, he should be out there. Will perhaps throw him a PM.
That said, terraining tuesday is going to continue as usual tonight.
I like all of them Zelda, two things;

Well, hosting isn't a problem for me when it's me doing the cast, but feel free to news when it's Mephs or Deaththorn casting.
As for the overlay - I kind of liked it, I thought it was funny.
What Sc2Streamster currently needs:
-Overlays. Big full screen ones for every day except Terraining Tuesday, and small ones that can be used as watermarks, which should be themed according to the day and hold the name of the host (for example, something like TheAlmaity made here for Mephs' Data Monday, except it needs to be not as high).

Thanks Zelda; I'll be able to use that 'generic' one as an icon for the stream.

Had to put that in here.
If you didn't watch Mephs tonight, you're a newcomer. To those 12 people; you're total hipsters
Sc2Streamster is live right now, with Mephs hosting Data Monday!
I was figuring that out. Basically you just put them on the (portion) of your screen that you stream. That's what most streams I've watched do.

Take your pick :)
I'm really cool with anything, it's just that overlays should help us run the show a little bit - feel free to be creative as you like it.

That would be what I was aiming for. Just have to figure out how uploading VODs (and converting them) works =P

This is a very good point. I'll definitely keep that in mind. I'll try and see if I can get some people in for this.
