Ok, I played the new 3 Blizzard-made custom maps. Here is my feedback:
===================================
Aiur Chef
■ The help text on the loading screen is too hard to read because of the color and the background (I was playing in windowed mode).
■ First time I joined the game, I was dropped for no reason at all.
■ The intro takes too long and its boring. I couldn’t skip. Do I have to listen to that everytime?
■ Why do I have to kill a cow just to grab some cheese?
■ The game lacks action. You have to repeat the same thing all the time. I felt that I was wasting time.
■ We always have 3 options, but the first two suck. Items are useless, so to win you just have to go to the last option.
■ This is the type of game that you play once and you don’t want to play again. The problem is that the first time you are lost because you don’t know where to get the igredients (minimap doesn’t help), so you will probably lose (unless everyone is also a noob, which is hard).
■ In the end, you see the winner zealot, but I couldn’t figure out who he is, and I didn’t have time to talk to him. I like to talk to the players after a game.
■ The graphs and terrain are very nice, but I was expecting more gameplay and replayability from a largely advertised Blizzard map.
Score: C- (4.7/10)
===================================
StarJeweled
■ The minimap image is so bad that you can barely read the map’s name.
■ You don’t have to think too hard for strategies. You will do better if you just try to get as many sequences of 3 jewels as you can.
■ 5 rounds is a way too much. I was completly bored after 3 rounds. I’d rather leave the game wanting to play more. 5 rounds consumes me so much that I don’t want a remake so soon.
■ The sounds are a little awkward for me.
Score: C (5.3/10)
===================================
Left 2 Die
■ A 2 player’s map? Are you serious? It should be AT LEAST 4 players.
■ The game is fun, but it’s too easy. Any bronze player can easily beat it attacking at night. I beat in my first game, so I don’t want to play anymore because I already won!
■ People will play it a few times, beat it, and they will never play it again. So, this map will soon disappear in the current popularity system (unless Blizzard plans to feature it forever).
Score: B (7.3/10)
===================================
Conclusion:
If those maps were made by common users, they wouldn’t get even close to page 1. Left 2 Die might get page 2. I was expecting a way more from Blizzard custom maps since Blizzard took so much time to make them and so many people.
Letters are like a score from 1 to 15 with F being the lowest and A+ the highest. If you divide it all by 3 and multiply it by 2 you get scores from 1 to 10.
Like stated: Intro too long and should be skippable.
In singleplayer, it seemed to be very boring, all you do is running around the map and collect stuff. Might be fun in multiplayer, though, some of the abilities have the potential to be entertaining.
Nice custom ui and models, but thats to be expected by a map made by blizzard ;)
However the additional dialogs are ugly and a little overloaded. The recipe dialog should be at least collapsable (I have no widescreen and it takes approx 1/3 of my screen width)
The map did not really motivate me to play again
I would give a 06/10
StarJeweled:
catches the addictive Bejeweled gameplay
kind of an innovative idea, however I don't know, how fun it will be to actually play against opponents
the sounds were annoying as hell, I could not stand one more "Great Job!" after 5 minutes
Like Rodrigo said, 5 rounds default is too much. Should be at least configurable.
Score: 07/10
Left2Die
honestly, I expected much more of this.
2 players is a joke
biomass system is okay
Gameplay is quite fun, but nothing new for campaign veterans (okay, this was announced beforehand)
I expected some more interesting stuff, like hero units or any kind of interesting new technologies for the biomass, like new, unknown units. Instead we can hire firebats, siege tanks and reapers. I was very disappointed, I did expect a little more creativity here.
Quite nice zerg units, and some new custom models at our disposal
somewhat interesting spells of the special zerg units, however nothng too fancy or never seen (a leap, a grappling hook, contaminate...)
I expected way more of this, so it gets a 05/10. However, I admit, this could be fun to play with an ally 1 or 2 times.
Aiar chief: 8
Probably will stay popular, pretty fun, although needs more action besides running around.
Fake Bejualed: 6
Really not to bad. Games long, best out of five?? I can't really focus on the bejeweled part though, so i suck at it. Unfortunetly, it appears the best strategy is pay no attention to the game and just focus on getting ultralisks.
There are some things the people who made this need to learn about making maps. How hard the map is to malk dose not contribute to how fun/ popular a map is (think starjewled, probably quit hard to make, not that fun) Like fastest map possible, very popular, would take 1 hour to make.
Left 4 dead: 3
The idea isn't even original, Ive already seen co-ops of this map. PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU CAN SET THE GAME DIFFICULTLY IN GAME MODES AND DUMB HOSTS LEAVE IT AT NORMAL The only cool part is the logo. Should have saved the name for a blizzered tps.
Left 2 Die was the biggest fucking disappointment since battle.net 2.0, I barely seee anything that had changed from the campaign map except random creation of easily killed "special infected" and oh noes another player and some crappy tech tree stuff.
Tbh it's a waste of their time to make these shitty maps when so much other stuff is broken.
I played them yesterday, and all the new models and textures are really cool new additions.
Starjeweled has an interesting concept, I find it to be lots of fun.
Aiur Chef also has a really cool concept of picking up ingredients to gain special abilities and gain points, when I first heard of the idea I had a different idea in my mind but it turned out to be better than I thought.
Left 2 Die is my biggest disappointment. What I thought was going to look like a Left 4 Dead remake was actually just a remake of the campaign mission of day and night, add a few units and an extra player.
I'm not going to say what I dislike because I just read all of it. I'm just going to put suggestions to make these better.
Aiur Chef: Aiur chef is my 2nd fav. It's actually quite fun on my part, but some ppl don't really like it. I'd suggest making this game have more abilities for the zealots and have a new special bag item to add more slots to your belt with 6 slots. I'd also suggest skippable cinematics. I'd also suggest unlocking the camera, because it just doesn't help out. If it's to add challenge for players, then leave it. Finally, I'd suggest lowering the points given for the weak recipes and making it MUCH harder to get ingredients for the bigger ones.
Star Jeweled: Awesome game Blizz. This is my first fav. Although, it was dissapointing that it doesn't have much freedom. I'd suggest adding bonuses every 5 minutes so the current worst player gets a bonus like extra energy or extra units. Then I'd use that timer and create a 15 minute timer and when it goes off, the round is over. The person with the most base life wins. Finally, I'd make it have best of 3 rounds is winner, rather than 5. Oh and if 1 person wins 2 rounds already before the third, make that person win.
Left 2 Die: No current info.
I need to play Left 2 die before I say what needs changing.
As for Blizz Dota, DON'T FAIL US ON THIS ONE BLIZZ! :)
-Left 2 Die: Attack/defend, pure Outbreak copy, the teching part of the campaign is translated as a third resource used in a lab,
-Aiur Chef: Item gathering, simple as that.
-Bejewelled: haven't played it yet, but it seems to be just a puzzle.
Did I expect more of them? well, I'm not gonna lie, of course I did, but they aren't that bad. There's tons of better fanmade maps out there, but these are nice, and I will play them to get the achievements, that I'm sure will be challenging.
And yes, I would like to see your V2, s3rius :P. The "original concept" (what all of us believe it was going to be about) is waiting for someone to translate it into a map :).

@RodrigoAlves:
Could you also score these maps on a scale of 10?. Would appreciate it. The alphabet thing just doesn`t ever do it for me;p.
I would love to see blizzard map failing on the popularity system, that would be an ultimate win for us.D

That would mean:
I am in EU so I did only test in singleplayer:
Aiur Chef:
I would give a 06/10

Score: 07/10

I'll probably play them just for the achievements and that's all :S
Burning Tides says hi xDDD :P.
I'l re-post this here:

Just played Left 2 Die, and seems to be pretty fun and challenging. Love the new terran models, too (zerg ones are just ok).
Going to play the other 2 now.

Overall 2/3 maps are fun.
L2D isn't that bad, okay, it's not a new style of map, but I find it challenging to be played on hard difficulty.
I would say it's just a 2-player version of Outbreak, but that doesn't make it less fun.
@Lonami: Go
I feel the urge to make a V2 of that map which actually stands up to it's expectations.
If you expected blizzards custom maps to be fun.... then that was pretty fail on your part.
I coulda told you by thier blizzcon descriptions alone that those were SUCK MAPs.
@SouLCarveRR: Go
I found them all to be super fun. Figures you'd be like that since all you do is complain about Blizzard.
I dont complain about blizzard... i ussually defend them.... I just didnt expect much from thier maps...
where as other people here have posted that that are dissapointed.... I am not....
if you think the chef game is "super fun" this explains a lot....
@StatusQ3: Go
lol, the majority of comments i've read have been of disappointment towards the new maps.
I like s3rious' idea of adding to these games to make them more fun. I don't see anything stopping us from adding a few things and publishing.

They were nothing more, nothing short on their description, so its all you got to expect

I think you can, personally i would like to remove the camera lock on aiur chefs and reupload it

They have a very simple gameplay:
