Seems pretty cool, but a bit P/T favoured. It seems really easy for P to get up his third (and death ball with it) while a fourth is impossible to take. Also, because of the linear path, Z has very little room for counterattacks and harassment. For T, the map seems heavily favoured towards mech play with three bases so close together that harassment is hard, and a fourth base close to the opponent. I could predict Z having a load of problems on this map.
The mineral fields seem a bit randomly placed (although it's hard to see from this view), they should be arranged in such a manner that a Nexus/etc fits perfectly among them and the vespene.
If your interested in playing the map search Theraz Port and enjoy
Map Overview
-Theraz Port is a small to medium sized map
-Players spawn in at the Two or Eight o'clock positions.
-Each player has two available expansions one in the front and side positions.
-The side expansion while protected from ground attacks is originally blocked by rocks
-Xel'Naga Towers provide enough vision to view the ramps leading up to their respective high grounds but have no vision of opposing ramps/tower
Version 1.6 Release Changes
- Fixed multiple symmetrical errors in bottom and top expansions
- Altered Xel'Naga towers position slightly
- Slightly Increased size of started base
- Fixed mineral patch positions on side expnasions
- Increased the size of backdoor expansions slightly

Overall, I like what you've done though.

It looks good though. A bit small perhaps.
