This position is not aimed @ the novice editor.
is he a partner or an underling who you shall whip everyday? your post doesn't feel too inviting :(
and theres no details on the project. quit calling it project x the entire community knows its AoS 2, Give some details give some pictures/video, so people know what type of map they are dealing with and such.
My suggestions are.
1. Remove everything about money, if your looking for people not motivated by money remove it.
2. Show some project info, its aos 2, they are going to be making dota before it was dota, so tell some stuff publicly you cant find someone to work if they dont know what the work will be.
3. Decide on a better name then AoS 2 ahahahahahaah
4. either explain what the data scale is from 1-10 or remove that because a scale such as this is opinion based and holds no merit.
5. Tell who else are on the team, There are some people I know I wouldn't work with. so atleast let them know otherwise if feels like you are trying to trap them in a team full of dicks.
6. dont talk about perks, perks are extras they dont need to be made public.
@Taintedwisp: I am on the team of "Project X" and I am no dick as far as I am aware. To anyone interested, before or after Taintedwisp's post, don't worry about the people on the team. Everyone on the team are purely friendly and welcoming people, but with a sense of professionalism you won't find many other places on the internet. If you want to learn some very valuable leasons about how a profesional game-development team is working together on a major project, this is definitely the right team to join.
If you think you have the skills, talent and time required for a larger team-based project, please send ETW your application. I cant wait to have one of you onboard the project soon! :)

This is a common misconception. Development can be asynchronous as, like I said, multiple different types of projects/genres. In the long term Its more important to get people with the right attitude, than someone interested only in XYZ(game genre, flashy stuff, etc).

1. True I see your point. Though its just side extra compensation for time that we can cover on most positions at this point. Nothing to quit your day time job over, but you know. We dont have a problem with this.
3. AoS 2 is only 'a' start point. Not "the", or "end".
4. 9.5 is Kueken, 9/8 DrSuperEvil. Fairly high up there.
5. Mozared is one such person. Along with Jake. Cool guys in my opinion.
Refer to point one at the top for reasons against pics, videos, etc. We dont see the need(at this point) and dont work by the 'general standard'(Which you look around and does not always work as intended). Work access is team centered only. I can dangle a shiny carrot but I want people interested and motivated beyond that(difficult and rare, but more worthwhile).
Any position available where I can learn with some one working on the map ? I am not exactly looking to provide any support really. Just looking to learn more from experienced editors. Im looking to take nothing away from the map but knowledge on how to do more on my own.
Thanks for clarifying a little, it does help anyone who may be interested :P. I wasnt trying to witch hunt your thread or anything :P but that info is helpful.
If Super Evil is a 9.8 then I am around an 8-8.7 :P
Though on my personal scale super evil is about a 6 and I am a high 4 :P haha
I wouldn't mind helping out whenever I'm free, going based off tainted's scoring of super evil I'd give myself around a 8.7-9.3, since decimals look more professional.
wouldn't be able to devote all my time to it or anything as I work two jobs, but if you ever need any help I wouldn't mind assisting, would love to be a part of a team project, just for the experience really
take a look at some of my projects, other than dialogs and ui everything going on in them is from data, from periodic unit spawn and income to toggled flashlights.

I notice you place yourself just over me :)), I take your challenge sir :) when HoTS comes out I challenge you to view their hero system, since they dont use a basic veterency and its been majorly shrouded in mystery.
