Using models that are freely available in the net which are free to use (also for commercial use) is not allowed or is it?
You're not gonna get sued or it or have anything bad happen to you in that sense, I can tell you that much - whether you'll be disqualified is the only real question. Honestly though, I'd say you are fine. Since citizens from multiple countries around the world can join, what types of copyright laws apply in what situation is a complete and total clusterfuck that I don't think Blizzard is going to spend money on to receive legal counsel. So it's up to the judges testing your map to determine this, and they likely won't even attempt to figure out whether your custom assets are home-made or public domain goods. Imagine they'd have to scour the internet for that stuff on every single map with custom models.
The most realistic scenario is that Blizzard probably won't care what you do with custom models unless A) you straight up steal something and B) the author of that work actually notifies Blizzard of what has happened.
