Can somebody tell me if i'm wrong or this editor is being a shit again, because the AI is suddenly not using it's attack waves for any reason, it's just sitting on it's ass even though at one point in a previous test TWO of the four ais did what they were supposed to do, now none of them do and it's arbitrary as hell.
Can somebody help me out here, because this is pissing me the fuck off.
did you go over all changes you did? reverted them / just to back track whatever it might have been you did that now has "de linked" (the things you did that were working before) (not saying it is your doing .. saying retracing might help make you think of a solution/fix)
then of course there is the 'bug" or irreversible stuff not of your doing(?) but i wouldn't know where to start top fix, if i opened your map sowy
gl
ps: i scratched loads of sh it never figuring out what went wrong ...
at least you didn't bin the map .. for me when that happens.. that s a success (i admit i haven't had to do that for a year now .. but every time i patch/publish i get the jitters)
"kind stuff that makes it hard to want to continue" agreed, but we want you to continue :)
again
if you "fixed it" and it happens again, you will know you are doing something wrong (something that was maybe "accepted" by your comp/map but that now is not anymore
Super late to this party, but I didn't have one of your mods, so I couldn't exactly figure out the issue. That said, I've found the AI module super buggy in general. I can't find my notes right now, but I think I've had best results in initializing the campaign AI in a separate trigger from starting attack waves, and then having each player's attack waves in its own triggers as well. My suspicion is that there are some race conditions that we can't see behind the scenes that my method avoids.

I don't know what happened.
I was forced to redo all the AI :/
hopefully this crap doesn't happen again because this is the kind stuff that makes it hard to want to continue making maps.

well I didn't "fix" it per se more of I had to redo the AI from scratch, still don't know what the problem was.
hopefully I don't run into that again.
