Hello. After latest patch that trigger doesn't work good anymore. I can't change value for player - It gives value 0 and I can't change it to 1 or 2 or anything else. Anyone else noticed that problem yet? In other triggers I can change player value. This might be bug.
Can you test this trigger in your editor, please. Example: Add 100 minerals for player 1.
I'm really stuck with this problem at the moment =( I have english european version of SC2 if that matters.
Bump for thread. I'm really stuck with this problem at the moment =( Can you please test does that trigger work for you. I really want to know whats wrong with editor.
Hmm, i'm not 100% sure because it happend on random when i started the editor, but i went into regedit following someones guide here on the forum, deleted some settings and stuff to reset the editor settings, and after that it has not happend even once :O could also have been patched :O i have no clue :(
Happens for me too. I just can't change the number to anything other than 0.
And that's on a completely new map (so no additional dependencies).
Have you tried using a local variable to store the player number, then use this variable as a player number? (I can't test-map at the moment, unfortunately).
i have the same problem and it seems we are not alone...
the only thing that could be a workaround is making global variables like
"player 1" type "integer" value 1
"player 2" type "integer" value 2
i know it isn't what should be done but it is a temporary solution i think ?
Well... This can be marked [solved] after some patch that fixes editor bug? I mean this is solved so that people can at least some way modify player minerals for example.
I remove that [Solved] =)
Thanks Kueken531. I haven't used "Custom Script" before. So I did my own examples too hard way =)

I tested this last night, and it works fine for me. Can you take a screen or something of how the trigger looks etc?
At one point one of the dependancies i had stopped working, and that messed up a LOT of my triggers, maybe it's something simmilar for you?
Qiw, do you remember how you get that fixed? I will try later today can I fix that thing by disabling some dependecies temporarily.

Two screenshots. Unfortunately that doesn't really help.
I'm still looking for answer how to fix that.
Snipping tool owns =)

unless anyone finds us a decent solution ?
If you have any maps that have player other than 0 you can copy-paste working trigger and change values other than player number.
I do some testing with variable thing anyway.
Example:
another example:
On both examples I have test map with Player 1 as "User" and player 2 as "Computer".
Notice that player numbers might be different if used player groups for example.
Instead of Value, select Custom Script and type the player number.

strange you mark this as solved.... since it isn't :s in my opinion that is..
i don't think we are ment to do it in such a way... (by creating variables and other workarounds i mean)

Well, I do have this bug also. I just created a new integer, put 1 to it and then used it as the player's number. Though, this should be fixed.
Working on projects:
this solution is the less fuzz imo but lets hope they fix it soon :D
