It seems to change the base, or origin of the unit to be under the attached model instead of the original unit actor. Here are a couple of screenshots. Any idea how to fix this?
I'm not an expert on this stuff but for the models I use attachments with the origin is at the feet of the model. If you're attaching to a flying unit the origin may be on the ground below it. Like I said though, I ain't no expert and may not be right.
I messed around with it some more and managed to fix it by changing the actor type of the sphere from model to unit, deleting its footprint and its _unit alias.
