I love it! If the cliff could have had some white relief from where the snow was blowing, that would have add an awesome aspect to your bridge. However this is not possible execpt by adding some white doodads to fake this effect. Otherwise, your bridge is realllly great. I know it is very hard to get a great lightning when using alot of HUD on the doodads, but I feel like it turned well. When the sun shines, the snow can get as white and reflective as your white rocks and blue-ish bridge. I think the textures are not enough white haha.
I think you could have made something behind the car. Wheels pathing, or make the car have half the wheels in the snow, something like that. Very small deteails. Anyway, you got the winter terrain ez ;) No need of blowing snow or wind effect. That's great too ;) Water reflectivity looks perfect to me, the rocks in water... well, good job.!
You should've used an actual ice tileset for that (check the main WTE folder and find 'Telthalian Deserts' from 2-3 weeks ago, or search for 'xcorbo' or 'niflheim' in the search bar), but otherwise it's pretty cool. That's Xil sand, isn't it?
