Just a summary, a loose cable caused my computer to shut down suddenly while I was editing my map. Then, the editor stated that the map dependency data could not be loaded (unable to open archive). Opening other editor maps seemed to be fine, but only that particular map had that error. I do not want to redo my map, nor do I want to reinstall Starcraft, so I hope that somebody will help
Be sure to check out the extension mod: Hots Custom Map support on NA and EU, Despite the name it greatly expands the roster of options for the default 3 races and is updated all the way to NCO.
I'm getting this message now after 3.2 whenever I try to open ANY of my maps. When I press "Yes" it opens the map, and of course, all things dependant on Void or HotS are no longer visible. This also happens to completely new maps I created to test this. All of them use VoidStory.sc2mod as dependency.
I have the Nova Mission Pack but I don't use it in any of my maps.
The only workaround is to open these maps from inside the editor.

Thanks!
The map file is corrupted. I've not seen anyone manage to fix a corrupted map file.
Go into your StarCraft II folder. There's a folder called "EditorBackup".
Assuming you've not turned the editor backup system off (it's on by default), some version of your map will be there.
You'll probably still have lost some work, though.
Oh thanks! But that's a bit of wasted work :(
see if you can find the .old file, the remove the .old suffixe so it is just a .sc2map
