Actor event for the Unit type actor for the thor. You need to add one that occurs on Actor Creation and uses the Animation Bracket Start action except the animation for the opening and closing you also use Cover.

But isn't the cover animation what I don't want to play? Cover Start, Cover, Cover Stand, Cover Stop and stand_03 are the ones that makes thor standing with his arms spread.
Actors only use animations they are told to use by actor events. If you do not want the Cover animation check all events for ones that use it and delete them.

Having used the Cutscene editor to look at the animations the cover animation just opens the missile launcher flaps in the front. Seems it is some of the Stand animation variants that have the arms to the side. It is the Cover Stand, Stand Start and Stand Ready animations you want.

Never mind I think I have figured it out. In column number 3 at the top in your pic is a Weapon Stop event that does not specify which weapon. This means since the ground and air weapons cannot share targets one stops causing the attack animation bracket to be removed prematurely.

So that event interrupts from other animations playing? But how do I know what animation will play between the Attack(ground) animation and the Stand animation?
With animation brackets the Content is what is continually played, the Opening is what is played between the default animation bracket (the birth, Stand, Death set up on unit birth/actor creation) and the content. The Closing is the animation played between the content finishing and the default animation bracket.

I meant If I erase the event that blocks other animation playing, what animation will be played? The hand gun attack animation? Or the air attack animation(cover stand)
Also that's all I need to delete? The weapon stop event?
Usually it plays the animation of the most recently triggered actor event unless they are animations like cover which are compatible with other animations resulting in an addition.
Either delete it or change it to specify only when your ground weapon stops firing.

I'm not good at editing events so may I ask how to specify events as you said?
I'll tested after deleting it and found it's all the same except the cover stand animation is changed to just regular stand(Animations when you do nothing) animation. Also the ground attack animations were messed up too. Thor fires with his arms spread even when dealing with ground units. and the launch animations(Fires that come out of thor's hand gun) are hanging in the air.
The only advice I can give at this point is that you experiment. Host a thor model on a unit like a marine and remove all actor events that inolve animations. Then mess around until you find something that you like how it looks.

That was the one I suggested deleting. You could also try changing it to an Animation Bracket Start action to force it to play the correct animations.
