i think its in the Unit atributes, you can chose what they are weak againts . this might just be a work arround . but make them basicly weak to one type of attack and immune to others. ( bio , psi , mech . ect... )
OR!! make a spell that can only effect that 1 type of unit ( with validators ) and give it to the unit that can destroy the rock . and change the rock stats so they cant die unless you sue that 1 spell.
The thing is that i want to be able to use normal attack to attack that rock.
If there was some way to nullify the damage taken from all attacks then i could just simply add a kill effect with a validator but i dont know how to nullify the damage. You said unit attributes but i dont think you can specify what a unit is weak against, its more like that the weapon are strong against. This would however require me to edit ALL possible weapons that can hit the rocks...
If you don't want the unit to be able to attack other invulnerable units, you can use a damage response buff.
I used a new buff and changed the damage response chance to 1, maximum clamp to 0 and checked the "Modifiy mimiumum damage" box. Also, add the damage effect for the weapon you want to be able to hit the rocks to the "Excluded effects". Adding this buff to your rocks should give the desired effect without allowing your unit to target all invulnerable units.
Alternative just play with the attributes of the target unit and the filters of the weapon so the weapon can only target units with that unique combination of 3+ attributes.

To make it short. I have allot of destructible rocks om my map that i don't want any other unit but 1 kind to be able to destroy the rocks (1 shot).
How can i make this possible?

Found a rly easy way to do it. I made the rocks invulnerable and then i simply allowed the weapon on that single unit to attack invulnerable units :)
