I am using the Warfield T-200 modular assault cannon attached to Marines. some of their shots are not hitting other marines. None of their shots are hitting auto turrets. When they attack an Auto turret they are not doing damage. The regular marine weapon was doing damage as normal
Edit: it looks like 2 General Warfield Heroes rarely hit each other. how can I fix this?
Edit: I tested with backlash rockets they dont seem to miss as much. But every once in a while they miss 10 times in a row. 10 units firing at one unit for a while before they hit.

EDIT: 8/24 the bug has something to do with which player is using the unit. Hostile (player 15) units are not missing but player 1 and 2 are missing.
Hmm.. If I understand your post correctly, missiles from Warfield T-200 Modular Assault Cannon sometimes misses BOTH in a graphical sense (missile not hitting the model of the enemy unit), but ALSO in the sense that no damage is dealt?
I give the weapon to a Marine and it seems to be working fine in a test map, except that the Missile is not launched from the Marines weapon. Maybe have you modified something in your map/mod that screws this up? (Such as a new type of damage system or attribute/armor system)
In case you have mixtured anything with the actor of Marines, General Warfield or the Warfield T-200 Modular Assault Cannon, try to revert everything to normal.
You can also try to check the damage effect of Warfield T-200 Modular Assault Cannon: 'Marine Warfield Damage'. Is it set to deal damage? Does it deal no damage vs certain attributes? (For example 0 damage vs armored or light)
Missiles are sometimes doing damage and sometimes not. I reverted the weapon and hero back to normal and this still happens. This all has something to do with the position of where the unit it standing. In some positions or angles Missiles do no damage Other positons or angle something let your Missiles do damage. It seems very random. I can't replicate the results. Not sure how to solve this
This is a very stupid bug I reset marines I reset the damage effect of the T-200 I reset the weapon. I even started a new map and recreated the events. Any missile weapon seems to not do damage in a continuous loop. Could someone help figure out why the editor is making all missiles not do damage sometimes.
edit: im switching out and testing every missile unit in the game. It seems that while a unit is moving they can be hit but while a unit is standing still they dont take damage. Although this isnt the case 100% of the time.
edit: It looks like this is only happening on my map file. when I create a new map missiles do regular damage.
